Delicious poke bowl. I love the options for toppings and flavors they have available. And the price is amazing for what you get. Definitely my favorite poke place i have ever been to.

I have eaten at so many poke spots as it’s one of my fav foods and I will say that the flavor here was there and everything tastes good. What I wasn’t a fan of, is if I want something on the side instead of on my poke bowl they charge extra. I’ve also never gotten charge for crisps anywhere else. The up charges are a lot and it’s something I have never seen at a poke spot.

The current special, Crazy Salmon Roll is delicious, salmon melts in your mouth, no need for soy sauce here! The shrimp tempura roll was also fresh, but tasteless. A little seasoning in the tempura batter will help bring out the flavor. The seaweed salad is good everywhere as it’s usually bought in bulk and dressed up in-house. Their version was a bit sweet.
The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the different options. I just wish the young lady behind the counter washed her hands after sneezing. That would have required putting down the cellphone *gasp*. Good thing she wasn’t the one preparing my food and mine was almost finished at the time.

I ordered the spicy tuna supreme roll and miso soup. My goodness was it so so good! The rolls were fresh and had the right amount of spice. It was delicious! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

As soon as we walked in we we’re greeted by friendly staff. Eye contact, smile, the whole 9.. The place is clean and nicely decorated. My wife and I had sushi. It was very good quality. Highly recommend.

First I’m from Hawaii so this is not what a kamaaina would expect from a place called a Hawaiian grill. That said this place does really well at poke bowls, tempura, grilled shrimp, and miso soup! Don’t expect frills. There is no lacquered bento box , just several plastic boxes with your California roll, salad, etc. But everything was ono. Oh, the tempura sauces were Kikkoman soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and yum yum sauce. But they didn’t have the real tempura sauce. Service was good enough.
If you want L&L Hawaiian Grill or Aloha Grill type food,Ike in Hawaii and California, you’ll have to go to Sarasota. Hawaii Grill and Sushi does not have kalua pig, lau lau, butter fish, chicken katsu or mac salad.

Service was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly or welcoming. The food was fresh and decent, but the restaurant did not feel clean. The chairs were streaky and looked unmaintained.
