ill give this place a GOOD 2 at least just because the food is good. Service is WACK. today i came ordered the 4 PC supreme box a tiny order. waited there for 30 MINUTES while other cars were driving off. luckily i had no where to go but pretty sure one of the employees gave the other driver next to me that I was there before MY FOOD. took another good 5 minutes for someone else to come out with my food. 35 minutes for a small order. this location is a disappointment man

Drive thru service spectacular on all levels!! The biscuit was not hot nor barely warm. See pics of an original sausage biscuit. I added a bit of ketchup for flavor this time around. Glad I did. Sweet tea taste good. Overall I will most likely chalk this one and try other locations

We had a great experience dining in here. Food was out quickly and super tasty. The new manager communicated with us about them being out of wings needed for our order and offered a substitution. Great service! The whole staff was super nice

While typical fast food atmosphere Manager Mark and his team went above and beyond to make our family outing Grandma, 2 toddlers, an infant and two couples all feel welcome and served a great meal at a reasonable price. We will be back. Great customer service.

We have frequented this place for years and watched it slowly go down in service. The employees have become more rude, more impatient and cannot get the orders correct. We constantly either have to correct the orders on the spot or drive back up because they got something wrong. The service at this location isn’t worth the food they serve. If you can make your way to the location in the city of Sanford, I’d make the drive.
