When we picked up the order, the guy behind the counter was socially awkward and didn’t greet us or make any eye contact. We ordered a stuff crust, thin crust, and bread sticks. The stuff crust pizza had zero pizza sauce. The thin crust had enough sauce and cheese for probably 5 pizzas. They were burnt. The bread sticks were half the size they normally are. When I called to get a refund. Clearly, the socially awkward man answered the phone. When I complained, I believe I was hung up on and while he claimed we got disconnected after calling back……. they offered to remake it, but we didn’t want to drive all the way back. We were offered to remake at another time. It’s doubtful I will ever be back. I remember the last time we bought pizza from this location it was not great.
I understand working at a little Ceasars probably isn’t the greatest place to work but any job worth doinf is worth doinf right clearly somebody doesn’t care!

Everyone that works here is nice and the food is usually decent but it sucks ordering the white cheese spread and getting a half a scoop. I know it’s not the workers fault and I’m sure they are told how much to give buttttt

Waited 40 minutes for puffs that look like this. Got the party puffs, mainly waited since they messed up the pepperoni ones at least twice. Got home to see the four cheese ones look like this. Short staffed or not there’s no excuse for that.

The customer service was fantastic but we ordered buffalo wings and they had no buffalo on them and the pizza was not very fresh. It was quite dry and a bit hard.

Came in for food around 9:20pm. 40 minutes to closing time, not close to it. Very rude cook in the back yelled out that they were not cooking anymore food tonight because they were closing in 40 minutes. Girl up front gave me a you get what we have option and I declined. I’m sure you do not care about your customers because there are little options in this town. However I will be ordering the 75 pizzas for my employees to enjoy lunch today from Hungry Howie’s across the street.

I noticed that the website changed the address, so I called the store immediately after my order.
Delivery is through DoorDash at this store, so he wrote down my info and said he’d pass on.
He called back when driver arrived because apparently it’s against DoorDash policy to deliver to different address..
Employee kept apologizing (even though it wasn’t even his fault!) and argued with the driver until the driver gave in and said he’d deliver.
Pizza showed up 8 minutes later.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had, especially over the phone, in yearssss.
Well done!!! Hope someone sees this and recognizes his hard work!! ☺️☺️☺️

Most of the time you have to wait for a hot and ready. It’s simple, just call or place an order on the app. You will always have a fresh pizza or whatever else you want. Food is always good so is the service.

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes, locked eyes with someone who just hid very badly behind a shelf and started playing on their phone. Went inside, waited 10 more minutes for the dishwasher to come out and take my order, only to receive old stale pizza.
