After waiting 20 minutes, we were told they ran out of chicken and would have some up in 10 minutes. Long story short it took almost 45 minutes to get our order. Dining room and bathroom were filthy. They appeared to be fully staffed. Employees were walking around dining area, not doing anything. Other customers were asking for refunds. Our worse experience at any fast food restaurant!!

Don’t order curbside. They probably won’t bring it out to you from my experiences. I went in after saying “I’m here” on the app. and it said we will bring your food out shortly but 10 minutes went by and no one came out. They claimed they didn’t know I was out there but if I’m not mistaken, they don’t prepare your food until you get there and she turned around and got my biscuit that was in a sealed bag. But it was cold. I also saw her come outside and bring food to a vehicle they had to pull up from the drive thru but she couldn’t see my car? This happened the last time I ordered curbside too. The guy in the car next to us had to go inside to see where his food was at that time. I gave them two stars because my order was correct.

When we came in, we used the restroom because we are heading home from vacation, and there wasn’t any soap, or hand sanitizer to use. Luckily we had some on us. We ordered our food and they messed everything up. We went up to the desk several times and they continued messing the order up. The lady working the front desk seemed completely clueless, walking back and forth not doing anything. The front desk was also filled with people asking for order corrections and the service was very slow. So slow in fact, the entire 30 minutes we were there, they only seemed to get 5 orders out and they weren’t even correct. A lot of people just walked out. When we did get our incorrect food, the rice was covered in oil. You could literally pour it out of the bowl. The biscuits were super dry, we didn’t get our two orders of fries, and the sandwiches were completely wrong. I dont usually write reviews, but that was nuts.

This is the WORST location. Everytime I go either the drive thru is down, you wait 35 minutes for your food or your order is completely wrong. On top of that the drinks are always terrible. They’re flat and the sweet tea taste like coffee

I try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt but this is getting absolutely ridiculous, I love getting a plain chicken sandwich and a unsweet tea when I’m in a rush, and with out fail every single time i get sweet tea. At first I thought maybe they just heard the sweet tea part. but this time the girl literally read it back to me and thought, finally I won’t have to worry about getting a sweet tea this time. I get my order and the whole meal is wrong! 🙁 I get a chicken sandwich/ they gave me spicy/ I get unsweetened/ they give me sweet! these things seem small but when the drink is so sweet it makes me sick/ and hate the seasoning they put on the spicy chicken sandwich/ I essentially just wasted 11$ on a meal I cannot eat and I hate wasting food:/ I know the logical thing is to just check your food or just not eat here/ but that shouldn’t have to be the case for such an extremely simple order:( please do something about this.

Relentless Entertainment
Ordered 2 #1 meals in the drive thru. Wanted large sides and was told they cant do that. Wanted large drinks and they can do that. I was the only car in line. Pull up to the window and woman is very rude. I had to pull up to the door so they could bring my food. I waited another 10 minutes at the door for my food and I was the only customer in line. There was only one other customer in the store. I get one large drink and a small drink. I get home. The sides were wrong and the wrong size. Biscuits were super dry and overcooked, very hard on the bottom. This store has gone downhill greatly. I don’t recommend dining here.

I ordered my food at 1:12. They had me to pull into the #1 space to wait. About 1:30 an employee came out to take food to another car. She asked what I was waiting on and I told her. She said she would check on my order. About 1:42 my order came out and it was all wrong except the fries. I told the guy it was wrong and he asked if I wanted my money back and I said yes. He came back out and said the manager wanted the food back. Lol I told him take it and he can take the drinks too if the manager wanted them. He said no and laughed. I let him know that I wasn’t mad at him because it wasn’t his fault. The employees were very nice. The manager should have came to the car and apologized instead of acting like this was my fault. I will NEVER go back there again. If I could rate the manager, he would get a 0.

I came through the drive thru two days ago(14 July 2023) and was treated very rudely by the young lady who was taking orders. The young lady was lacking in her interpersonal communication skills. Specifically, there was no greeting given, and no manners were used when speaking with the customer, everything was yea, ok, no, is that all. When I asked to make my two number one combos large the young ladies response was given in an annoyed manner as though I, the customer, was a burden to her. I’m from Asheboro and have been serving in the military for the past seventeen years. My family and I have been in California for the past seven years and are being relocated to a base on the coast of North Carolina. The service we recieved at this Bojangels is extremely disappointing as we remember Asheboro being such a friendly place.
