I loved the crust on the pizza, but taste wise it was average. The restaurant, although it had a health score of 94, wasn’t particularly clean and my granddaughter said the bathroom was bad. The entry floor and under the coolers was dirty.

As an experienced Image Consultant it is quickly determined when someone is in need of assistance. The area that I had dined was not clean. It was the illusion of such, however.with further observance, it was known and felt the dust, floors, and windows. The waitress and owner, I believe owner, was friendly and accommodating. My suggestion to this business would be to have each staff member have duties of cleaning 2/3x per shift, and checked off with

Used to be my #1 pizza spot, not anymore. The quality of the pizza is inconsistent, we came two weeks ago and the pizza was amazing, today the dough was not good. It was hard in some areas and soft in other areas. Seems to be overcooked in one area and not in another area, which means the dough wasn’t the same thickness across the whole pizza – sauce and cheese were good but the dough this time wasn’t good! Told the restaurant, and nothing came out of it.

Bocci had been on my list for a while and they were able to accommodate 10 of us at lunch on Mother’s Day. The inside is fairly small, but Melissa was fabulous helping me.with the reservations and making sure we had a place for all of us to sit inside since it was rainy and cold. The food was great and good portion sizes. Wine prices were average/notmal. Our waitress, Leigh, took very good care of us and the bartender made some fruity rum something especially for my niece that other folks seeing it wanted. I was very pleased with the atmosphere, service and food and high recommended a visit.

The food was very good but I don’t think they get a lot of lunch traffic. I think they only had one server. She was very attentive but it took awhile for us to get our orders. I’m sure that wasn’t her fault.

The calamari tasted absolutely perfect! Hey, some locations don’t prepare this appetizer well! Anyway, my salmon entree with spinach and beans was also enjoyable, tasted as desired. Although not listen on the menu, my date obtained chicken alfredo with additional shrimp. Very good selection! Our server Jermaine? Very knowledge! He served us well ☺️

Very unimpressive pizza. The “nona” thin crust pizza was the thickness I pretty much expect of a regular pizza. The sundried tomatoes is actually an extra smear of seasoned tomato paste rather than dried, scattered toppings. A handful of the other toppings were not well distributed. Separate charge per topping. And the crust was thick and difficult to bite through when it fell to room temperature. The flavor was okay; I mostly question the cost and presentation. Not really worth it.

I booked a private room at this restaurant for my grandparents anniversary and our waitress Kelly was very rude and unwelcoming for the entire service. Kelly had an attitude when we first arrived. I told her over the phone that we had 21 people and she tried to go back and forth with me saying I only asked for 13 people (meanwhile I have been planning this for 3 months I know how many people is coming). She then stormed off and we had to add more tables and chairs ourself. During the service she tried to rush us out of the private room. She didn’t even asked anyone what drink they wanted. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t say hello to the guest … nothing. As soon as we all sat down she was rushing everyone to pick something on the menu. The service she provided was extremely unwelcoming. I could tell she didn’t want to be there nor did she want to service us. She had to get a black women to assist because she was frustrated with us. Honestly this is the worst service I ever had and I regret celebrating my grandparents 60th anniversary here. They deserved better.

The pizza here is amazing. We got square pan pizzas, the sauce is so good. The pasta is great also. We got the Monte Mare and the Penne Allá Vodka. The vodka sauce tasted authentic. Highly recommend for good Italian food in Durham.

Staff were friendly and attentive but the food was bland and oily. I had the salmon on spinach and it barely had a taste but lots of oil but not good olive oil. It was ok after adding salt and lemon. My friend had the Monti Mare and it was ok. Also better with salt and lemon. The Bocci balls were fun but actually heavily fried and no flavor. Won’t be going back.
