What a fun way to taste Bobby Flay’s style. Onion rings were peppery and crisp. Crispy Cheeseburger was flavorful from first to last bite. My Veggie Burger (to which I added bacon) was sooooooo good. Full of flavor from chickpeas and mushrooms. Prices were better than the pizza place in the same little food court area. A total thumbs-up!

Pretty good food can’t complain. The burger was actually tasty and didn’t lack flavour! Never had chips on a burger but I get the appeal! The cheese fries were a miss, I would not recommend those. The onion rings though I absolutely loved them, and I would really give them a try!It is on the pricey side but it’s Vegas so it’s to be expected! I would recommend giving this a try, just try going when it isn’t insanely busy.

Burgers were ok and did have some flavor. They were seasoned well and the size of the burgers mirrored those of similar establishments. However, $13.00 for a burger is a bit much but it’s Las Vegas. With that said, for that price point coupled with the backing/endorsement of a celebrity Chef (owner), one would expect the flavors to be exceptional and unfortunately, it fell well short. The name of a well known Chef may get you in the door but it’s the flavor of the food that will keep you coming back. And for me it’s one and done.

The food tasted like it was from a high school lunch room. So dissatisfied and disappointed! Awful canned cheese sauce on the cheese fries…. Horrible shakes! It was so sad! Expected so much more as a big fan of him as a chef. Oh well… looks like $$ means more to him than putting his name on quality food.

We both got the classic I believe it was called? Burger was delicious. We also split a cheese fry. There was almost too much cheese the fries were so covered! Service was as quick as could be expected in such a crazy and busy atmosphere. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t take pictures of this meal but it was packed up neat and tidy.

Frankly pretty disappointing! The burger was not really that bad, but it certainly couldn’t overcome all of the obstacles. First, the beer was warm – why have it if it’s warm? Then, no ketchup. They were apparently out, but a burger place running out of ketchup is truly embarrassing. Next, the burger was overdone – not horribly so, but enough to be disappointed by it. And finally, the chips on the burger (which are supposed to be the signature thing here) are just plain ole Lays chips – pretty weak for what you pay, even in the divey “food court” part of Caesar’s. Just felt like a celebrity chef phoning it in and then turning over the job of delivering to the least competent people. The whole point of these celeb chefs is new ideas and great execution – failure on both counts.

Always a great tasting burger! The few minutes wait is well worth your made to order sandwich. Caesars Food Court usually has ample seating.

We went there last month in June 2023. We had 3 vegetarian people in our group. We went there because we trust the Bobby Flay name. But it was a big mistake! We took 5 burgers, onion rings, fries and one shake. Shake is huge in size so we asked empty glass to split it. But they refused to even give one empty glass. Veggie burger is the worst veggie burger I have ever tried. It was filled with big chunks of mash-rooms. Patty was burned and lacking flavor. Burger was really messy to eat. Onion ring & fries had no seasoning. I wonder if Bobby Flay has ever tried food here. He will be really disappointed like we were.

We went there because we trust the Bobby Flay name, big mistake! 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 3 drinks were $70.00!!!! Staff was less than courteous and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Food took way too long to get. Will not go back. Choose the pizza place if you want a better option.

I was excited to try Bobby Flay’s burgers. Unfortunately, the Palace Burger was pretty average. The shake was ok. The fryer was out of order, so no fries.
