It’s been some t I me since I gave eaten at Bob Evans. I took my 3 year old daughter there for breakfast and it was her first time there. She had a great time interacting with our waitress who was awesome with her. And the piggy pancakes added to her having a awesome breakfast…definitely had a good experience.

Better this time around. Quick service on a holiday weekend and seeing new faces. Good to see the management took time to reevaluate their staff and get friendly people in there. We ordered 2 Turkey plates and our daughter had breakfast. All in our party were very pleased!

We are from out of country but visit Muskegon yearly. Met some family members for dinner at this location. We usually go to the location on Apple Ave. The waitress was very slow at taking our order. When she came with the drinks she passed each drink down the table from one end. We had two tables pushed together for six people. It was very scary when she was passing a cup of coffee passed two others instead of walking around the table and setting the cup and or drink mugs down at the appropriate person. She did the same thing with the hot meals. We never got refills on our drinks, had to ask for the check and plates where not taken away. She brought the meals out and we never saw her again. This is not how you waitress. Very unprofessional and needs a lot more training. And no the dining room was not full. Hopefully things improve for her and she becomes a much more attentive waitress.

Not a good experience, potatoes were cold and hard, and eggs were not cooked completely, scrambled eggs should not be runny, also my daughter ordered fresh fruit as it says on the menu as a side and received rotten grapes as “fresh”, (see photo) they did take one of the meals off the bill for the issues but seriously, how hard is it to check the food to make sure this doesn’t happen. They were not that busy as half the restaurant was empty so if it was packed and crazy busy I could have understood but it wasn’t. We will not be returning to this location which is sad as it used to be a family favorite about 2 years ago.

Been going there since it opened and have been satisfied with the food. Went yesterday and had the worst meal ever. Chicken strips were way over cooked and dry as a bone with a peculiar taste, maybe old frying oil. My fries were ice cold and stale. All in all, a nasty meal. May have crossed this place off my list of places to eat.

I wish I could give my visit a higher rating but unfortunately I was not satisfied with our service. The food was great but the overall service could have been better, never checked on us after we got our food, never got another refill, did not take our dirty dishes when we were finished. A table across from us sat dirty for our entire visit, not super impressed.

I will go here for the breakfast. It isn’t gourmet by any stretch. But, I get an itch to have their biscuits with the sausage gravy. Heart attack on a plate, but OH! so good. It is hard to find places up north that serve it.
