I had a “chopped steak” meal. I know what a chopped steak is, but this was just a frozen hamburger patty thrown on the grill top, with gravy and 3 mushrooms. The carrots were cold. The best part of the meal was the dinner rolls. I complained and received a 2.99 discount. The waitress was kind and friendly.

What’s a Bob Evans last Thursday and it’s not somewhere I would normally go, but I sure am happy. I decided to try it. I really like the reo omelette. It was delicious. And my server Claire was amazing. I was having a pretty bad day and she definitely made me smile and my coffee was hot and I will be back. I will be there on Thursdays because I want the same treatment. And the hostess was amazing. I OK go away. Keyboard think her name was Gisele she was super friendly and a tentative. I love Bob Evans. I really love Bob Evans I come here about once a month. I’ve been to the Apple and the Sternberg location The Apple one is nice but I prefer Sternberg. I prefer Sternberg because they’re waitresses are so friendly and they have the best hostesses. I was in there on Thanksgiving and everybody was working so hard. The food was so great. My family lives out of town so it’s really nice that I can come in and still get a hot fresh meal perfect for one. As I was sitting there eating, watching the hustle and bustle, what stood out to me was everybody’s positive attitude Even though it was so busy everyone looked like they were in a great mood. When I first entered the restaurant the host was so friendly and welcoming it instantly put me in a good mood. I think it was a younger Mexican girl. And then when I was checking out I was sent off with warm wishes and very friendly experience. I think the cash out person was a blonde girl. Those two are working very hard I noticed that especially. I’ll be back to Bob Evans next month for sure. And the people who are leaving the bad comments they’re lying. They have to be I’ve never experienced anything negative there. Happy holidays.

I would give 10 stars to the server Klaire if I could!! She’s very attentive & was kind to my children. We never went without what we needed. Definitely love the soup & wide variety of options. If you go to this Bob Evans make sure you ask for Klaire & tip her good because the service is WORTH IT!! I don’t even live by the mall but I go out there to see our favorite Klaire.

Friendly, clean atmosphere. We were seated promptly. Server was on point- very attentive and friendly. Refills were brought out before our drinks ran out. Breakfast is available all day. Got a made to order Greek omelette with loaded hash browns! Wow, my taste buds were DANCING! Also ordered steak salad…this salad was IN-CRE-DI-BLE!!!!!! So beautiful we didn’t want to eat it! Steak was done to perfection and the blue cheese crumbles….drooling as I write this review. Large portions, served fresh and hot!! Oh. I forgot to mention the sausage chili…. hot and delicious just like grandmas for a warm winter day. Overall a very pleasant dining experience- we always come back!

We got in fast, but then many people that came in after us, got their order taken before us. It took about 45 minutes for our food to come out, and most of it was cold, and half of our fries were burnt and the others were undercooked, and they had no salt at all, but they might serve them without salt so I can’t say much on that matter. But then when we went to pay, they wernt able to let anyone pay because one server had the card and it took about 10 minutes to find it. Then as we were leaving they followed us outside, and asked why we didn’t tip.

Better this time around. Quick service on a holiday weekend and seeing new faces. Good to see the management took time to reevaluate their staff and get friendly people in there. We ordered 2 Turkey plates and our daughter had breakfast. All in our party were very pleased!
Quick edit 07.30.21 visited again with my daughter’s and Jenny waited on us. Absolutely fabulous service and everything was made very well, tasty and served with a smile. Ty Jenny and team for another good experience! I highly recommend their tasty omelets (I get mine with egg whites) and pancakes with fresh strawberries. For those who enjoy it… they heat up their maple syrup too! Yummy! I also love the option of adding a tip by percentage option at checkout! Nice and convenient

It’s been some t I me since I gave eaten at Bob Evans. I took my 3 year old daughter there for breakfast and it was her first time there. She had a great time interacting with our waitress who was awesome with her. And the piggy pancakes added to her having a awesome breakfast…definitely had a good experience.

My rolled oars was cold, the waitress offered to remake it but I declined. I ate half and took the rest home. My husband breakfast was good and hot.

We stood there for a long time. No one acknowledged us, much less seated us, so we left. There were three people chit chatting and one coughed on the silverware that she was putting in napkins. Didn’t cover her mouth and kept talking. We couldn’t get seated.
