I will give Bob Evans five stars, especially the New Castle Pennsylvania store because they were so friendly there. We don’t go there anymore though. Im almost 50 years old. I always went for fried mush from Bob Evans since I was a toddler and they did away with it a couple years ago. Kind of sucks that they did away with something that no one else had. We go to Cracker Barrel now.

Bob Evans has always been my wife, and I go to breakfast place. The service is always top-notch. They just seem to hire wait staff that genuinely like their job and are happy people. They are very helpful and willing to help.ypu figure out exactly what you want. I had the everything breakfast skillet. It was the best of a little bit of everything and very well balanced. My wife always gets the blue berry French toast. She says it gets better every time we go. This is the first time we took our 9 month old. The kids’ menu is great. Our waitress was even kind enough to offer to water down the apple juice for my son.

I ordered the mini sampler and didn’t get my hash browns and when they brought them they were disgusting. The egg was cold and the bacon they put on plate that didn’t come with the meal was so hard I could have broke it on the table. This is the last time we will come here because every time something goes wrong.

The food tasted good but the mashed potatoes were a significantly lower temperature than the fish, and the fish was half crispy and delicious and half overly crunchy burnt breading. The service was sub par, took over 10 minutes to even be noticed by the server in our area, they never brought us refills, and never brought us the box I requested for my son’s leftover supper. It was tasty enough that I’ll probably go back unless I get stuck in the same server’s section. The manager on duty was polite and put up with my child’s goofy nature quite well, he seemed the most competent person there (as he should be lol)

absolutely my favorite place to go. i’ve never had such great service as i walked. in i was greeted by aubrey who had great customer service who sat us immediately the best part of my experience was the waitress (gabbie ) she was right on what everything our food came quick and she was filling our drinks without us asking. i will be returning soon i love this place.

Was home making Christmas goodies and the last thing we wanted to do was cook dinner, so we decided on Bob Evans for dinner. Was a great choice. The boneless Southern-fried chicken was moist and juicy with a crust that was perfect. As always, we had their homemade coleslaw and its excellent. Mashed potatoes and gravy were homemade and perfect. The dinner rolls were right out of the oven and fragrant yeast smell and taste. The Mocha Caramel hot chocolate with whipped cream was delicious … I had to order a second cup. Servers and wait staff were so friendly and food came out in a timely manner.
