We had a fantastic experience here! The food is great, very fresh. The service was phenomenal!!! We had a Quesadilla and a Burrito. A huge plus was the salsa bar, we loved the pineapple salsa, and the free chip refills! All you can eat salsa and chips, plus a HUGE burrito? Yes please! We’ve found our new go-to when in Jackson!

The food is great, but pricey. The ordering process is similar to Moe’s. You basically start out ordering the type of entree, such as burrito, taco, etc, then work your way down the line by adding everything you want on or in it, ultimately ending at the register. This is where your feelings may get hurt, but it’s good.

I was so impressed with the customer service. We went after shopping in Black Friday and both workers were super nice and courteous. Jay was especially fantastic! Most places if I ask a lot of questions they act annoyed, but Jay took his time and was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend. The decor is very nice, the prices were bargain, and the food was terrific. I got a spicy chicken burrito bowl and was not disappointed. It was a large portion so I had plenty to take home. Be sure to try the pineapple salsa- it was Divine!

It was our first time and we had a good experience. My picky 5 year old even ate and got dip n dots after. When you order you pick what you want and what you do/don’t want on it. Everyone was helpful and it was a fun atmosphere. The decor made me feel like i was really at the coast. The food was amazing and we plan on coming back.

Decent new spot with a somewhat new atmosphere in north Jackson. Great customer service too. It is readily appearant that a great deal of the staff are inexperienced in fast burrito slinging but once they get the hang of it, the place has the potential to shine!

We love Blue Coast! The fish tacos are our favorite but you can’t go wrong with a burrito! The fruit tea and pineapple salsa are refreshing on a hot summer day. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The food is so so. I ordered the fried fish as a protein and the owner lady jumped down my throat because I didn’t tell anyone I ordered fried fish. Last I checked I was a paying customer and not an employee. There were also flies all in the restaurant which is a pet peeve of mine and is also nasty. Only reason I gave two stars is because they have decent fruit tea. I was not a fan of the service or the flies. Not going back.

I was initially excited that the place looks like the BCB I used to visit in Memphis a decade ago. After that, I was quite disappointed. It was terribly slow despite having no line. An employee spilled salsa on our tray and walked away. The tacos were cold, but the redeeming quality was that they were still quite tasty. In general, this place is a Charlie Foxtrot with tasty, cold food. I’d like to be back, but I probably won’t.

I love Blue Coast Burrito! I wish we still had them in Memphis. The food is always fresh and delicious. They are hands-down better than other build-your-own burrito and baja style Mexican restaurants. The only reason I took off one star on this review is that the Union University location had some issues the day I went. It was when they first opened, so maybe they were working out the kinks. When I go through Jackson again, I’ll definitely stop by. If things are running more smoothly, I’ll update my review and add the 5th star.
