Highly recommend the fatty tuna sushi – it’s incredible, and the truffle salmon blue crab roll is a must-try!

Had a great experience at Kopan Ramen! The food quality was really good — the Pork miso ramen broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted super fresh. Love the Hunter roll and crispy tuna rice. The service was great too — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely planning to come back. I got the ramen last time and the broth was flavourful but pork slice was so thin like a piece of paper so you couldn’t taste any flavour but just dryness. The sake experience was kind of cute. They brought a tray of sake glasses and let you and your table picked the one that you guys liked the most to drink from. I feel like I would come here if it was convenient but I would not make a special trip for it.
