First visit here. Bridgeport is my wife’s hometown, but we live out of town and travel nationally and internationally, frequently. We heard of Blessed from a friendly Nurse at Wise Regional, so we had to visit! We are very excited to see such a nice coffee house take roots in town!

My first time there today and it’s a great little place. The woman at the counter was super friendly and answered all my questions about when and where they bake, ingredients and so on. She said they started making gluten free items for their child and have branched out to keto. Coffees, soup, boxed lunches, treats, books… HEAVEN in the little town of Bridgeport TX.

Today I took my two little granddaughters there in the afternoon. around 3pm for dessert. I live in another state and am visiting my family and decided I would go in there for a tea and get them something special that they would enjoy. I would definitely give the lemon bar a 5 and my granddaughter seemed to really enjoy her brownie, however, I was very …. disappointed with the customer service. Almost immediately upon my arrival, I felt like I was annoying the person at the register who was taking our order. I don’t know if they just didn’t want to take it or if this was their normal disposition. Being in sales, I understand both the importance and value of having good customer service and I did not feel like I was receiving it. I had to pick up both my granddaughters so they could see everything in the dessert display, they are 3 and 5, and they both seemed excited about what they saw and made a choice. I then told the person taking our order what we wanted and she totaled it up and quickly turned it around where the tip display was. And then in a little bit she said “Ok girlfriend what is it you said you wanted.” First of all, my youngest granddaughter, (who she seemed to be talking to,) just turned three at the end of January and had no idea she was saying anything to her at all. Second, my granddaughter couldn’t see at the top of the dessert display case and wouldn’t have been able to show her correctly if she understood she was supposed to in the next place. But the clincher was when I had two small children with me, a big purse I was carrying things in, three drinks I had just purchased and was now carrying and three desserts that she put on a charcuterie board of sorts for me to carry all to the table. There were NO MORE customers behind me and she had plural people working in the back, therefore, we were her only customers at the time. Anyone could see I had my hands full and not only did she NOT offer to help me, she didn’t help me. Please understand I’m capable, but I found this employees actions very disrespectful and not customer service oriented at all. I’m sure the owner of this establishment is very nice and I did try to call after I got home, but they had already closed.

First time to this Cute little shop, I got the iced white chocolate raspberry (house made syrup) and raspberry hibiscus tea. Both were very delicious and sweet. The girl at the front counter was helpful and nice.

I haven’t been to blessed bru since it was in the building a block from the new location and I haven’t had any of the snacks but the coffee drink and hot chocolate i had was great also got a cool sticker i haven’t been inside the new location I can’t wait to go.
