The experience is always awesome, you can’t get it wrong with their steak. Omg!!! Every single time, the experience is always wonderful at every one of their restaurant especially this one at Santa Clarita or the one at the Northridge mall in the valley. Awesome and courteous staffs too, they’re always ready to guide you through their menu. The environment is also serene and nice, I like sitting by the fountain after eating. I always wonder if they can give me a pillow and a duvet in one of the booth so as to complete the experience with a short nice sleep dreaming into the wonderland or is there a better way to complete the experience? ☺️☺️ .

Not impressed with the food, steak was very well done, when asked for medium. Food was not properly seasoned, steak and salmon extremely salty, sides were bland and under salted. Atmosphere western, but dated.

I had to grab an order to go for a sick family member. The manager helped me with the order and was patient as i changed it twice. I waited in the pub area and noticed they changed the happy hour menu for the better. The food was good and my family member was delighted with her dinner. We go there at least once a month more when we can. Overall, pleasant experiences.

The food is pretty good, the service could always be better. I know it’s not easy being a server but it’s not rocket science either. The waitress took our drink order then we didn’t see her for 15 min. Took our food order, 10 min our appetizer came we started reaching for the plate our dinner came. I felt like we were being rushed out.

I was actually pretty disappointed with the steak and the service. To start I ordered an Old Fashioned to drink and they brought me a whiskey neat. When I asked the waiter he replied “I told the bar an old fashioned and this is what they made.” (He wasn’t being rude, he just didn’t know). The steak was meh, certainly not worth the price. The appetizers were very good and I did really like the vibe of the place, very chill place to have drinks, assuming they can make what you order.
