Me and my crew order the crunchy tacos ,chicken quesadilla, beef nachos ,drinks Baja blast, cherry blast drink and a diet soda for the wife super friendly staff, always attended to my needs and my kids, a quiet and comfortable place to eat great prices for the food. Quality of items were great ,portions size great.

While the employees were very nice about it, this is one of several Taco Bells that are now outright refusing to take your order and insisting you use the very machines that have taken their jobs. I’m sure it’s not their decision, but the fact remains, this isn’t customer service.
Since the pandemic, Taco Bell’s lobbies have become increasingly grim, dark places. The sauces given freely are now gatekept in piecemeal and kiosks are everywhere. Even airports have people willing to check you in rather than the kiosk. Worse, the refills have to be requested for over the counter, and they’ll only fill it halfway It reeks of corporate greed.
The wait times for follow-up purchases, refills, and bathroom requests were abysmal. Why? Because no one’s in the lobby, here with the people. I could have urinated in a corner and then left, and no one’d be the wiser. I’d say I could steal something, but the lobby is so barren and empty of life, I would need to be paid to take their wall art. Ikea puts the furniture to shame. Best I’d get is lightbulbs.
I’ve been a Taco Bell fan and come to it very routinely since I was an itty-bitty kiddy. I’ve worked at Taco Bells, and the food generally remains good for fast food, but if this trajectory keeps up, I think I may be done with Taco Bell. There’s a reason In-N-Out is a consistent powerhouse: it pays their people well and has warm customer service. Reverse course and embrace Humanity.

I hate the automatic robot! It’s super loud and it gives me anxiety! A staff member was very nice by telling me I can just say “speak to staff”, I’ve been doing it ever since. They always get my food right. Very friendly night shift staff.

During our visit, all the tables were filthy and the soda fountain doesn’t work (or was intentionally turned off to keep the homeless from abusing it.). They were clearly short staffed, needed an extra crew member or two to handle the crowd.

Came on my lunch break and they skipped my order, serving numerous individuals whom ordered after me. I asked an employee if my order was still being worked on and he walked back to check, but never came back. After roughly 20 minutes without getting my food, I had to leave with an empty stomach because my lunch break was expiring. Came here countless times on lunch break but certainly not coming back here after this. The customer service has never been good here, but that never bothered me too much because of how fast they typically prepare my food.

The AI bot taking the order messes up everything and is hardly accurate, it was so bad a team member had to help take my order because the bot couldn’t. And on top of that they forgot one of my items I ordered! Never going here again!
