This is a pretty delicious Thai food restaurant in Carlsbad area. We ordered Thai green curry and Pad Thai noodles with tofu with a spice 6. The food was very tasty with a good spice. Ambience is great, hospitality is nice. Only one complaint- The food quantity is not much compared to the price they charge.

The yummiest. Can we all agree to give BKK Thai Kitchen our money, please? I couldn’t stop thinking about BKK Thai after I had some disappointing pad thai at a different restaurant last week. We are in the SD area for one day and I insisted on coming here to set things right. Thank you. (Also, mango sticky rice should be a mandatory dessert.)

Delicious!!! My friend and I with our toddlers came in for dinner around 7pm on Sunday night. It was empty and we were the only ones there. Our service was quick, food was great quality, and the owner was attentive and super friendly. Our kids got cute kid plates which was a nice touch.

A very typical Thai place. We had all ordered from the lunch menu. The curry was flavorful but nothing to rave about. The spicey scale is pretty accurate, I had a level 6 curry and it was not too extreme. Although a 6 in a non-curry item maybe on the spicier side, so beware. The service is fast, I would say a little rushed. Would I come back specifically for this joint? Probably not since it is just like any Thai place. Come in if you are around the area, it is a good option.

I come here often and I love the food. I don’t understand the negative reviews to be honest. I’ve had a lot of Thai food in my life and this is one of the best places in my opinion. My portions are always large and so flavorful. The owner is literally the sweetest lady and she now knows us by name which is nice 🙂 I highly recommend everything.

I stopped in for a late lunch and had the yellow curry with chicken, potatoes and carrots. The decor is classic Thai and the restaurant is clean. It wasn’t very busy, so I had the full attention of the owners. They were very attentive and nice. Not sure where I went wrong, but some how ordered to go instead of ordering in. Which made no difference on the deliciousness of my food.
