The food was surprisingly warm, but was not impressed with the long wait when I did a mobile order I still had to wait a half hour for the food for just a couple simple items. What a horrible establishment. I work my butt off just trying to survive and one of the worst things that could happen is greeting stuck with a door dash order from this location. Yes they wait at all dairy queens to prepare the frozen part, but here even though the order is paid for, they have it there, when a driver shows up who’s living partially depends on waiting and delivering that order gets screwed when the store decides the guy who needs to make a living isn’t as important as the whole drive through line,I don’t even get treated as well as if I went through a long drive through and ordered something my self, no the guy who needs to pick up the order so he can deliver it and make some money to feed himself has to wait until they are done with everyone else, even the people who haven ordered before I can get my delivery and move on with my life. What a horrible establishment to screw up people making a living for themselves or trying to.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Burgers were cold. Fries were stale. Chicken strips were luke warm. Coke tasted like carbonated water. Terrible!

Very disappointed in my experience here. First didn’t get mine and my girlfriend’s order right. When i went in to fix the order the manager was rude and they just sprayed buffalo sauce in the box and didn’t toss them. One was full of sauce the other 3 had sprinkles of sauce on them

Worst service I have had in a very long time. 25 minutes in the drive thru. Employees were all inside joking laughing. Then I received my food and it was cold? Idk how that works but I will never go to this location ever again. Management obviously needs an adjustment.

Ordered chili dogs, I got hot dogs plain, and a spoon, I didn’t even order anything that needs a spoon. Legitimately ruined my night, just scrape something off the ground in the alley, it’ll be put together with more care.

Worst experience of my life at a DQ. Arived at 7pm for a 715 mobile. Waited outside in the drive thru at first but that was Taking forever so I decided to get my mobile order inside. My food was sitting out open and getting cold for who knows how long. Another customer in front of me had ordered an ice cream and I got my order before him. I ordered 2 medium blizzards and they were only 75% full. The order was also wrong and very sloppily made. I also ordered a 4 piece with BBQ on the side, and they covered my strips in BBQ. No one was wearing gloves while handling the food or ice cream. The cashier was handing money and the ice cream. The cashier was also extremely slow and had an I dont care attitude. You could tell by the way his head was down and the pace of his work. The Manager clearly doesn’t understand customer service as he was standing by watching it all. I walked out at 722pm. For an online order that should have been made hot and ready at 715. This was absolutely awful experience. Honestly unless there is a remedy, I will not be back at this DQ again. Culver’s and Milky way are just down the street and will be my go to from now on. Have a good day. Andrew

Traditionally, it’s a great spot for chicken strips and hot fries. Not today, ordered a large fry with my 4 strip meal since there was a 4 and 1 year old who would want some fries. Got home, 20 minutes away, opened the box and there was barely a small order of fries, a gravy container was opened on its side leaking all over the small amount of fries i did have. Very disappointed. Called the store and no one answered.
Update 9/28- while the new location is much .ore convenient the service continues to be sub par. Drive thru is super SUPER slow. So I tried going inside the next time. No change. I sat and waited for 15 minutes for a burger. It was cold when i got to the parking lot as were the fries. New location/employee blues idk but I was not impressed.

Worst fast food experience I have had in a long time. Ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. 30 minutes later made it to the window, they lost my mobile order somehow, 5 minutes later had me pull up to the 3rd window, someone else asked me what my order was, then 5 minutes later finally got my food, still no drink, then finally got my drink. Got home and both of my cheeseburgers were made incorrectly with barbecue sauce. Never going back ever, this whole experience was a total disaster
