Food was great. Cook was entertaining. Prices are average. Service was not good. You have to sit at the table for 20 minutes to wait for other people to arrive before they will start cooking your food. I actually waited 35 minutes

Awesome fun atmosphere! Consistently good food made fresh in front of you. Great family environment or a good night out for cocktails with dinner and a show! Birthdays are free with an I.D…and most of the meals are complete with soup salad and dessert. Tables seat parties of 8 or you are paired with other groups. Always a good time!

Food was good. Service was lacking. Our chef accidentally made extra rice and stored it away. When we inquired about it when we paid our bill we were told it was thrown away and up to the chef? They also messed up the order for two other people at our table. Forgot their chicken. Made it separately and ended up only giving the chicken to one person and had to go and make another. Chicken.

Food was good and our chef was very good. However my issue is after we paid our bill, the host came over and asked us to leave additional money on our tip. He said it wasn’t enough and when we said no, he said next time you come here I’ll just charge you more money.

I have been going there for at least 30 years. Tonight was the worst dining experience. There was a wait so we went to the lounge. I approached the bar to order and the bar staff asked me to hand him the menu that was left on the bar and then walked away to do dishes. Five minutes later I called him over “oh did you want something?” As if he was surprised that’s why we were standing there. He made the drink with grapefruit juice instead of pineapple and said they don’t have grapefruit. Ok so then we finally get called to the table. The restaurant was filthy dishes piled everywhere. We waited ages for the server. Then we ordered and waited another 35minutes to the chef to come out and halfway through dinner they finally brought the white rice. The chef left without giving the butter requested. So we asked the server and when the bill came she charged $2 for the butter. They don’t even list the brand of wine on the menu because it is cheap and terrible quality. I normally love the salad and the dressing, there was so much dressing you couldn’t even get a piece of lettuce out of the bowl. The steak was over cooked and undercooked to what was ordered. Tonight was a major disappointment too bad one of our favorite places has gone down the tubes. So sad but we will not be back. The staff is terrible.

We waited about 30 minutes for the table to fill. Even while we were waiting, we waited awhile for out drink orders to come back. The chef was not entertaining. I expect somewhat of a show, all he did was the flaming volcano, that was it. The salad was simple, the soup was watered down. The rest of the food was ok, not the best but not the worst. My bill was about 93.00 (mostly alcohol). I tip 10.00 due to the poor service and show. The waiter came back to me and said I only tip about 10% and that all goes to the chef, he would get nothing. I have never ever been confronted about my tip. I was in completed shock he had the audacity to say I didnt tip enough. I could of not tip at all, not my fault 10% goes to the chef. Do yourself a favor and find anouther place for hibachi.

My wife and I Arrived 7 pm we walked in there were 3 couples seated at 3 seprate tables we were brought to a table in the back of the room seated with 1 young adult 5 children who were loud and spoke a foreign language. I went asked to be seated else where when retiring to bathroom to wash my hands. The hostess smiled said sorry laughed thought odd. Came back to table my wife said there are so many open seats can we move I said apparently not. The folks at our table had soft drinks already. We waited about 4 more minutes till nice server came over to take drink order. We asked again if we could move our seats. She said smiling sorry. I know they understand us. But we said thank you very much and left I felt it was very rude service and I was disappointed with uncaring staff walked out first time ever not happy with so many empty tables we did not want to be only elderly to sit with a already full table of Children. I am 65 years young and wondered why couples were all seated appropriately. We were out of place at that already full table. I was really aggravated how my wife and I were treated. We went to the Hard Cover instead. A terrible experience wish we could have been accommodated to bad. The place is old tired looking needs updating. Was hoping to try food after parking half way around Building do to Hotel Guest’s not a fun experience. We eat out so very often this was a sad experience. On a very slow Monday night.

My niece loves this experience! The chefs are so talented and charming. It feels like every staff member wants us to have a memory to last a lifetime. We can do birthdays for her friends and on our anniversary, Bisuteki will be my first choice. Thank you all for your very consistent, well polished, style of supreme excellence! You should be in award foodie magazines, with all those colorful veggies!

I Love the Bisuteki. Awesome food, My favorite, but they do need a better plan for seating of parties of more than 8. We had 10. It’s just not right to make people in a party split up. Also after splitting them up they start to give us trouble about the bill and who can be on it. Not very accommodating. They do need better customer service. We ended up leaving and going to Tokyo ‘s, who I must say was very accommodating and had Awesome customer service. Thank You Tokyo’s for saving the night. It was my Grandson’s Graduation and was very Important to us and him. Just Saying.

Beware of Bugs. On 10/17/2018 I decided to visit this restaurant with a few family members, when we entered the restaurant the whole place was smelling of gas, individuals at the table were also concerned due to the overwhelming smell, we told the staff they were not concerned. The chef was wonderful and animated, food was prepared well. The issue was that at the end of the night we found a roach in the restaurant, the individuals next to one was celebrating her birthday and she jumped back in her chair that was how it was brought this to our attention, later the roach was crawling on my neighbor and our table received a discount due to the restaurant bug problem. They did not seem surprised If this was a DPH inspection they would have failed. I will be reporting them.
