Love this place even more now that Taylor and Michael have taken over. The food is better and presentation is too. Coconut fried shrimp and shaken beef rocks. Everything is great so don’t get intimidated with all the options. Save room for the desert drinks too (#475, #473, #488, #394 are some of my personal favorites). I like this location over Dallas now.

Menu has so many variety. We came during lunch and the waitress and waiter were super nice. Pho was good but bun Bo hue was not good at all. Do not recommend this noodle soup however other items are tasty. Really appreciate customer service. Owner is very nice so we will be back

They have a very large menu selection! The meatballs in the pho is tiny compared to most places. The dish I got was large enough for two people to share. Service was okay. When they start to get busy , one of the waitresses can have an attitude. From reviews from previous customer, this place can be a hit or a big miss. Coworker visited this location and was disappointed, he did not tell me the reason but preferred the Dallas location.

My family ordered catering here which consisted of shrimp with vegetables, house fried rice, Mongolian beef, pork spring rolls, and lo mein. I’ve had the Bistro B near Garland many times. I’ve never had any issues. This location gave myself and my other 20 family members food poisoning. I definitely would not recommend going to this location. Either the location is very unsanitary, cooking expired food, or not handling food properly. It could be a combination of all of it.

I don’t recommend this place at all, the waiter service is becoming more and more mediocre. We had an unpleasant experience with a waitress who throws the plates of food on the table, we ordered two drinks and I only bring one. You asked him something with fear that he would answer you rudely and in the end he threw the bill on the table. The tall guy is also rude. They forget that the customer’s money is what pays their checks. This time it was the first time I didn’t tip.

I have better experiences with them when dining in. To-go can be iffy so always check order accuracy before leaving. But every dish I’ve had from them is amazing. I do not live close but we make a point to stop when we are on that side of the metroplex. The menu is HUGE so it can be overwhelming. When in doubt, choose from the included pictures. You will not be disappointed. Also get a boba drink!

I love the egg rolls and bánh mì sandwiches. They have a very lengthy menu and their smoothies are good. The customer service is decent but the lady that does the smoothies needs an attitude adjustment, I saw her rolling her eyes at the cashier that works with her and the customers. I just get items from the counter but you can also go into the restaurant. It’s a place to checkout while your in the market, and hopefully they will get your order correct and provide you with better customer service than most.
