This place has issues. Raw food and orders wrong. Consistently. Picked happy meals for my kids and the nuggets were raw. Not the first time. Order a meal for myself and it’s not close to what I asked for. This is a difficult process. I’d stay away if I were you all. Seems petty but it really isn’t. Just stay away

I ordered some food for my kids and had a few special requests. I ordered a cheeseburger with just ketchup for my son and nope…I got it with mustard and onions. My daughter wanted chicken nuggets and when asked what type of sauce I said BBQ and asked for an extra BBQ sauce. I got home and noticed they didn’t give me ANY sauce at all. Terrible!! I’ll never go to this McDonald’s again.

I recently swung by the McDonald’s in Palos Heights, and to be honest, it’s getting a two-star rating from me. The biggest issue was the snail-paced service, and let’s not even get started on some of the female staff members who had major attitude problems. They were constantly yelling and screaming at each other, which made the whole place feel like a chaotic circus.
