I hope you’re ready to get your fingers covered in BBQ sauce because you’re going to want to use your hands. The delicious meat offerings will spur your prival instincts to eat meat with your bear hands. I opted for the brisket and was not disappointed. It was juicy, tender (surprising for brisket), and full of smokey flavor. While there are only two types of BBQ sauce, the spicy was super tasty! I got a side of fries, slaw, and garlic butter rolls. Everything was outstanding. The atmosphere is very casual and the place has a pirate theme which is interesting. There is also an ice cream shop through a set of doors. The shakes they can make are UNBELIEVABLE! I didn’t have much room after my food so I only had one scoop of ice cream. This place would be a blast for large get together or a family fun night out. Wander over to Westfield and check this place out. If you’ve heard of this place, you don’t need to take my word for it. I’m sure someone has already told you how good it is. If you’re reading this review to decide whether or not to go, just go. You’re not going to get much better BBQ in the area.

What a great place. The BBQ has always been spot on. I have had brisket, pulled pork, chicken and the ribs. All were cooked perfectly with great flavor. I love the sassafras and watermelon teas. Unique, refreshing, and delicious. The pirate theme is fun and the atmosphere is great. Good luck choosing what you want, but whatever you choose you can’t go wrong. I’ll be back and recommend you try them out too.

I was expecting a lot more tender meat and better flavor since everyone raves about this place. The meat has an odd seasoning and was dry. This may be the best around this town but we have had way better bbq elsewhere. The sides lacked flavor and we did not even finish. One thing we would go back for is the tea. It was made with root bear and was actually delicious and unique! The atmosphere was pretty cool too.

Go to BBQ joint in Westfield area. Ordered the Amendment and the Hoffanator. I love the veggies, rice, and brisket in the Amendment. Good smoke flavored brisketand good portion. And the rolls are amazing! Son loves the Hoff and gets it every time we’re in town! Line goes quick and worth the little wait time.

The food is awesome! It’s been a couple of years since we’ve been there,and the place has been redone. It has lots of tables now in place of the old antique shop. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious! Glad we were able to get back!

I looked forward to going here for months but was really disappointed. I ordered The Admendment and while the rice, sauce, and toppings were very tasteful and good, the brisket wasn’t done (still very bloody) and tough. I had higher expectations unfortunately. Won’t return.

Best barbecue I’ve had in Indiana. This was the first time eating there since the expansion. It was real busy bit the wait wasn’t to long. So much more seating now and the icecream shop was a real nice treat after we ate. Everyone enjoyed their meals and finished everything. I wish I lived closer so I could eat there more.

Was told to come here by a local friend and was amazed! The atmosphere was fun as the restaurant was packed! But the food still came out super fast and was delicious! We both had the brisket and pork combo with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. It was awesome! The real sleeper was the rolls. They were sooooo good! As an added bonus, they have their own ice cream shop right next door with a wide variety of sundaes and shakes!

I stopped here with a coworker on a drive back from a business trip. The brisket was amazing, the Mac ‘n Cheese was great and the fries perfect. I usually don’t go for the high carb options but I wasn’t thrilled with the other options. I do wish they had some southern style green beans with ham or bacon, but they are clearly doing something right already. I can highly recommend Big Hoffa’s.
