I’m a little sad to leave this review I been a loyal fan since Shell gas station unfortunately ours didn’t taste the same today. It was nowhere the same usual size nor taste. I love to come here and get these salmon cheesesteak egg rolls!! I usually eat one now and save one for later. They’re a pretty good size and they come with sweet chilly dipping sauce, they are so crispy and too goooodt. Anytime I order takeout its very fast and efficient. Alex was super friendly as he packed up each customers takeout order and sent people with a smile.

On our trip to Atlanta we had to try Big Dave’s since we know this place is coming to Charlotte and let me tell you! This was probably the best cheesesteak outside of Philly. Both of us got the beef cheesesteak all the way which comes with peppers, onions, banana peppers and cheese! We also got a chicken cheesesteak egg role and combined with the sweet and sour sauce it was just one of the best items we ever had. There service was awesome as the young gentlemen helped us picked the best combo! We place in downtown Atlanta is more of a take out spot but you can definitely sit there and have your meal. We were there at 12pm on a sunday it got really busy super fast! Can’t wait for the Charlotte Location!

Ordered food from establishment today 5/15/23 spent over 50$ received the food and it’s big pieces of hair in the food requested refund and the manager levern had no care in the world stating that they wouldn’t have hair in the food and to check with door dash. On top of that he had a very nasty attitude and was argumentative.The bag was stapled shut when we received it. So the hair just magically appeared in the food?

This is the cheese steak I received. Over cooked and dry. I didn’t check my food prior to leaving, and sure wasn’t going to go back and deal with trying to find somewhere to park again. I reached out to their general manager. While she did respond quickly and will be issuing a refund, I doubt I will return.
