I only got a partial picture cause we were to hungry to wait. Were traveling from IL and ordered pizza our last night. Pizza arrive on time but was only warm at best, which wasn’t terrible, but the cheese…..where did it go? The outer like 3 inches of our pizza had no cheese. It was like all heaped in the middle and that’s it. Called restaurant to just basically let them know and the lady was like well you know we only put like 2 1/2c for XL. I was like its not a problem with the quantity of cheese you put on it’s the placement. I’m sure your customers will not be coming back if only 1/2 of their pizza now comes with cheese . I would have given it 1 star, but on a good note, their cinna knots were awesome! Made up for disappointing pizza.

We’ve ordered from Big City for years and have always loved it. Tonight it was below average. Very little cheese and only in center of pizza. Inches left from the crust. Asked for Parmesan garlic on crust and was totally dry. Will think again before ordering from here which makes me sad

We used to get this all the time and I absolutely loved it. Over time the service has seemed to go down— pick up and delivery. It seemed like they didn’t even know where people’s completed pizzas were in the back and there was a line of people waiting to even be acknowledged.

Took them over 30 minutes to make a medium pizza. It wasn’t busy, about 4 other people in there besides me. It was supposed to be dine in but they gave it to me in a box instead. It was unevenly cut, most pieces smaller than the other. Will not be returning

Went for #Lexburgerweek tried the Holy Moly Stromboli. It was good according to my sister and brother, for me I did not care for the taste of the pepperoni or sauce. Also added garlic knots and Mac and cheese bites. The garlic knots are a definite must get. Mac and cheese bites are decent, I just prefer mine a little crispy. All and in I gave 4 stars because most people will enjoy this place.

Great pizza at a nice clean spot. Restaurant is brand new and very clean. Place to eat inside and out. Tables in the shade during the day. The owner is a nice guy as well, came out and said a few words and talked about his pizza- clearly takes pride in his own restaurant. I would come here again, and would recommend it to everyone as well.

Visiting from Wisconsin and this food rocks! I purchased 2 specialty pizzas (3 cheese Mac &Cheese and The Hudson) 2 orders of Statue of Liberty sticks, and 2 orders of Navy Pier Garlic Knots! I have nothing bad to say other than they are not local to Wisconsin!

Pizza taste was…meh. Food: The pizza was NOT what we ordered, wrong ingredients by a long shot. Service: asked for delivery, was told it would be 25-30 minutes. At 35 minutes got a call that the driver had a family issue and couldn’t deliver so I’d have to pick up. We won’t be back.
