I’ve been coming here about 2+ time a month, usually for breakfast and always have a pleasant experience. Service is great and everyone is always nice, though some of the staff know me as a regular.

I started the hostess stand for no less than 10 minutes. The three employees I did see managed to not make eye contact with. Absolutely no sense of urgency to anybody that I saw. When I finally walked into the prep station to try to get sad she said you can sit where you like. We’re down some people today. That is painfully obvious because I saw 11 tables that needed to be bused. As they strolled around and made sure not to address me I realize that I did not want to eat food prepared by these people. I understand that staffing can be difficult but you can at least care a little bit about your job. I would have asked to talk to a manager but I’m sure there wasn’t one there. It’s sad because big boy used to be a great place.

We cone here because it’s always friendly service ,good fast food. We are very pleased to see the new general manager Connor stepping up and working hard to make it a better place. Our server Monica she is very attentive and compaasionate to customer’s.Keep the good hard effortsit an enjoyable place to visit.

Not impressed. I waited for my food for easily 40 min. I know they were busy but most of the servers were wandering around aimlessly. Food is mediocre. Not coming here again.

We’ve been going to this location 4-5 times a week for breakfast for a long time. Ever since they brought in a new manager (I believe his name is Connor), the place has gone to hell. It’s dirty, and they constantly run out of items. No bread, towels from the bathroom for napkins, coffee pot frequently broken. Today was the last straw. Don and Monica, who are great servers, were really struggling to keep up because there wasn’t enough staff. I felt bad for them. It wasn’t their fault. Where was the manager? Not there. When he is there, he just walks around and doesn’t help out. He is the problem at this location. I feel bad for the servers. They deserve better than Connor for a manager. We won’t be back until a competent manager is brought in.

We were seated waited a few minutes before the waitress came to the table to take our drink order. Came back with the drinks so we proceeded to order our food well 20 minutes afterwards the waitress came back and said I lost your order tickets so we had to redo the order which put us behind quite a few orders ahead of ours. The eggs were NOT made to order. They were hard. Ordered over medium. Pancakes were cold and omelet was overcooked. Hard to get refills. Haven’t visited this restaurant in quite awhile the way it looks won’t be back anytime soon.

Place leaves a lot to be desired! Ordered country steak/eggs. The ‘steak’ the knife could barely cut thru. Garvey weird grayish brown??? Got biscuits with mine. They were reheated and tough!!! Absolutely horrible. Tables not getting service for the whole 7 that were there. Clean up is a must here! All the way around!

We hadn’t been to Big Boy in a while. We decided to visit it today. We were greeted by the hostess who was nice. We went to our seat and my seat had a bunch of hard bacon pieces on it. I brushed them off to the floor–no big deal. Next we were greeted by our waitress named Erin. I asked if I could replace the fries that came with the slim jim with another side of an equal price as the fries. This is where the trouble began. Erin said “no, there would be an upcharge for any substitutions”. I said that we had done so in the past and she bluntly said, “no, you can’t do that”. I had to figure something else out to eat then because I don’t care for fries and I didn’t want to have to pay for something I didn’t want, so I ordered soup. Again, she bluntly said “no, you can’t have soup because soup is on the salad bar already”. On previous visits, the waitress would just dish the soup up and bring it to us. I then proceeded to order a side salad and mashed potatoes instead. In the past, the mashed potatoes would come in a cup. They came out flattened like a pancake on a plate (and were a bit hard on the edges), with no butter, just the potatoes. Erin didn’t bring them out and the cook had to do it, so he went back and brought out butter. Erin then proceeded to talk with some people at the next table who were friends of hers and never asked us again if everything was all right, if we needed anything, etc. When it came time for our bill, she just plopped it on the table and said “here you go” or something like that. We had always had good service and food there in the past, so I don’t know if it is new management or if it was just a poor waitress or what, but it “left a bad taste in our mouths” and needless to say, we did not leave a tip and we will probably not set food in the Wilson Big Boy again…

We went in for dinner with 5 people 1 ordered a slim Jim, 2 ordered a philly 3 ordered fish and chips. After we ordered 5min later she came and told us no bread for slim Jim so ordered the philly. 5 min later were told no steak for the philly.. so 1 and 2 ordered the fish and chips. The fish and chips for all 3 orders came out so over done that we couldn’t eat it. Had the manager come over and he acted like we were trying to screw him over because we didn’t want to eat it or pay for it , 2 of us had 1 bite and the other had 1 piece of fish. The managers name is Conrad. And all the food came out randomly so everyone was served at different time by alot.

Upon arrival my family and I asked to sit at a table. As we are being seating, the waitress who was supposed to be our waitress, shouted out “No No No, I already have 4 tables”. This happen extremely loud and aggressive. As you can imagine this embarrassed my family.
