My waitress was really friendly. We did reservations and got seated promptly. We went on February 13, to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I enjoyed my dinner, got steak, shrimps, house salad and a baked potato. I asked to bring me my frozen strawberry margarita with my food. I got it as soon as my food arrived. I recommend this place for everyone that loves steaks and margaritas.

I ordered two side salads and a sweet potato. I’ve ordered side salads before and they’re filled to the top which is what I was expecting and which is all I wanted as a light dinner. But what I got isn’t even enough for a light dinner portion. If I had known this I would have ordered from somewhere else or made my own. This is not worth $5. Very upset with the lack of attention to serving size and inconsistency. Very disappointing! I spent $15 on two less than half side salads and a small potato and I just feel ripped off. Not the service I was expecting!

When we first got there the hostess told us 25-35 mins but we were seated at 15 mins. Our waitress Melanie is very attentive and sweet. She was fast with getting our order and then bringing it out. The food was good. Couldn’t finish it all so went too the rest to go. Melanie definitely deserved a raise and a shout out.

We dined in tonight and we were very disappointed in this steak. I asked for medium rare and I got THIS!! This ruined my family’s dine in experience and I was disgusted to see the steak basically RAW and not at all what I ordered. Other than that the service and staff was up to par, this was the only flaw that I encountered in my dining experience, disgusting!

Although they were super busy with the after Church crowd, we hardly noticed! The wait was minimal, the hostess greeted us and actually took our appetizer order on the way to your table. Our waitress, was being trained by Kennedy, and they both were extremely good! The food came out timely and perfectly prepared. The kicker, was the gracious exit we received……every employee encountered on our way out thanked us for visiting! That is a true testament to great management!
Although we are from out of state visiting here for a few more days. We plan to visit again…….if only to thank the management for the job they’re doing!

Came in to roadhouse today and was seated with Benny he showed great hospitality, very attentive honestly service was 10/10. Now as far as whoever was on the grill could not get my steak temp correct and was sent back twice I ordered it medium. It came out medium rare. I asked them to cook it just a little bit longer and was brought out well down. No biggie it was able to get fixed. The manager Zack brought it out and was very nice as well and helpful. Overall service was amazing!!! I will come back to visit and ask for Benny every time!

This place is too busy but very good for a chain restaurant. Even waiting to go for lunch after 1:30 on a Sunday there was still a wait. The food was great and cooked correctly. Our server was great and always prompt with our requests. Settling the bill was easy with a on the table tablet.

Parking was pretty full and the place was packed. I was still able to get a seat at the bar with minimal wait time. My steak was cooked perfectly and the bartender was very friendly. Kept my drink full and made sure I didn’t need anything. Price is high but the portion size is great. Definitely felt like I got my money’s worth.
