Decided I would try a new place out. I have to say this is definitely a secret treasure and worth the drive. This is now my favorite Chinese buffet. I used to go to Atlantic Buffet all the time in Douglasville, but it has gotten too expensive. However, this new place has reasonable prices and the food is amazing. The chicken wings are chicken on steroids. I haven’t seen wings this big in a long time. I will definitely be back and recommend checking this place out if you’re within a 30-minute drive of this location.

This restaurant is a hidden little gem for an outsider like me. I had the lunch buffet and was super satisfied. The Singapore noodles are simply fabulous and set this buffet apart from the rest. The dishes are diverse and there are plenty of nutritous options. Service is friendly too and the food continuously came out fresh from the kitchen. I would love to return if I’m ever in this area again. Excellent

Big Bear Asian Buffet has a large dining area with lovely decor. The dining area is clean and has both, tables & booths. Box of gloves are at each food station & all staff wear masks. When we arrived, the food stations were full and immediately refilled. Our food was hot and we enjoyed each dish. Our final cost for Sunday’s buffet and drinks were about $12 each. We will return!

I love this restaurant with it being a Chinese buffet. Most Chinese buffets are terrible, food is always dry or nothing fresh on the bar. But now we’re talking about “Big Bear Asian Buffet”. It’s hard to believe that I like an Asian Buffet because I would have never ordered the buffet. I would have ordered from the menu because you can never go wrong. Lol. A friend of mine took me there and he always said their buffet bar girl you gonna love. True facts . Anywho if your thinking about going just stop thinking about it and go. You will not be disappointed. Best time about 1230 in the afternoon and then again I would say around 6 in the evening. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have when I’ve gone.

We had a horrible experience, they were very rude, we sat back and waited on our drinks to come but they never did until we asked again about them. Then I didn’t get a refill & I asked for a refill and the owner got angry and asked me twice to make sure which drink belonged to me bc I bothered her to ask for a refill and sure enough when she sat my drink back down there was particles floating in it. I am very certain she spit in it or did something. I called and explained about my experience and she offered me a refund on the $3 drink and then laughed at me. Just letting everyone know in advance this is how they do business and treat people and their food was dry and old and flavorless. They were also empty only had like 2 other customers besides us and I see why!!!

I have ate here twice and love the food if get there right at lunch the food is so good and fresh. Best crab Rangoons ever. I wish I could eat there at least 3 times a week. It was about $27+ for me and my mom to eat but well worth it.

Nearly every pan on the buffet was empty. It wasn’t until another customer asked if more food was coming out, that you could hear cooking going on in the kitchen. Food was decent. Service was good. When I got the check, it was $17 and some change. I left a tip on the table and took the check to the cashier. Handed the check and a $20 bill to the cashier. Before she could even count my change out, the waitress came up there and asked if I wanted my change. Ummm.. yeah I want my change… the cashier gave me my change, and the waitress was saying something about the tip on the table. I told her I left a tip on the table, and started to walk out. I heard the waitress say, what sounded like “you no eat here anymore.” Well, you don’t have to tell me twice. Tips aren’t a requirement. It’s called a gratuity for a reason. On second thought, I should’ve went back to the table and retrieved the tip that I left. I’m sure the waitress had already gotten it before she came to the register anyway.
