Great food, fast, and wonderful employees that care about the customer. Unfortunately, the owner doesn’t seem to care about customers. If you try to pay with credit or debit (like most people have been for 10+ years), you’ll get an extra 3.99% tax. Yes, the year is 2022. And yes, some payment processing companies do charge that. The problem is with a business owner thinking that’s ok to ‘pass onto the customer’. Why not go with a different payment processing business that won’t charge extra? This place is great, but there are way too many other options for bagels for them to try that nonsense. Very disappointed. RIP Big Apple.

Ordered a 10 item order, most of them with modifications, and not a single item was wrong! I got the Turkey club, and it is one of the best sandwiches I’d had!! The food was fresh and filling! The order came in a very decent amount of time, considering being on the way opposite side of town. Very impressed with the service!

I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese on an Asiago bagel, toasted & got an absolutely amazing breakfast! The blueberry bagel has an excellent amount of blueberries & the strawberry cream cheese is absolutely amazing! I came here 2 days in a row & now addicted. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like you belong!
