Love love love love this place! Did I say I love this place? Lol great people and the ice cream is the best! And yes, it takes some time to get your ice cream, but what do you expect, it’s made fresh when you order, so who cares if you wait! Chill and enjoy it, not every thing is instant . This is worth the wait. When I say wait, I mean 15 min is the most I’ve waited and the place was packed. Come here almost every weekend. Thank you for the treat, while our amazing ice cream is made.

Such a wildly unique ice cream shop! They make the ice cream after you order with nitrogen, so be ready for a wait. The cotton candy bowl is worth the $15 for the experience! It’s a place you gotta try once if in the area. Oh and the best part… Almost all the ice creams can be made vegan!

We stumbled on Best Ice Cream accidentally and were blown away with the service & quality. It was right around closing time, but the staff were happy to accommodate us. They explained the choices to us first-timers and even gave us a bonus treat to show us how they cool ice cream on-the-spot. We had the Belgian Oreo in a waffle cone and the Very Strawberry in the Dream size. We will be back 100%. Delicious!

I need to rate this higher than 5 stars. The decor is inspiring and magical. They ice cream is made in front of you, not scooped out of a jug that’s been sitting for a week. They even have dairy free ice cream that tastes like the real thing!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and guided us to the perfect flavors. They even have a mini “appetizer” called Giggling Popcorn (I think) that was quite a treat! I will be back again very soon!!!

Great ice cream. The prices are a little high. For myself my husband and our 3 children it cost us almost $100. But definitely worth it. Go and try the Havana oh la la.

We were extremely excited to try this place out. We waited over an hour. Watched people who ordered after us get their orders before us. I watched them pass out free snacks for waiting, but not us. My 4 yr old was great about the whole thing. We paid $28 for 2 ice creams and pretty awful customer service. They also did not enter my sons order and said they were sorry. If you’re sorry, you would have made it. I have worked in the industry. It doesn’t take much to make a customer happy. They didn’t even try. We will not go back. I’m just sad, I loved everything about the place.

I live 45 mins away and will always continue to go here. Plus the atmosphere is amazing. The owner painted and decorated everything. Its very much worth your while.
