If you drive past 1minute before they open, there’s a good reason why you will see the parking lot with several cars eager for their bagels. The bagels are very fresh and tasty, both with a crispy outside and a soft chewy inside. You can see the bagels being made fresh in the back. If you are an everything bagel lover don’t miss the za’atar bagel, it’s a savory spice blend that is magnificent on a bagel. There is plenty of seating inside and a drive through option. Pricing was quite reasonable. The location is right off the highway and my bagel was so good I nearly inhaled it before even making it back to the highway.

This place is an awesome find. Can’t beat their prices and everything tastes fresh and homemade. I’ve had the everything bagel today, it was really tasty I would only adjust the sea salt portion because it was on the too salty side. Other than that everything was perfect!

I normally go to the first best bagel and they are always fantastic but I recently moved down the street from this location and I haven’t had great luck. Today I ordered online and picked up my order. I ordered half a dozen Sliced bagels, two half pound cream cheeses, a thin mint iced coffee regular and a bagel cubanos sandwich. When I picked up my order the bag was missing the Cubano sandwich and both cream cheeses. The coffee was regular iced coffee without flavor and the half dozen bagels that were not sliced. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I returned and they informed me that they didn’t have bagel cubanos sandwiches or either cream cheese. Well they also forgot to refund those items that they didn’t have. Thanks for all 6 unsliced bagels without cream cheese and the wrong coffee for breakfast!

I asked for a bagel, cut, and cream cheese on the side. I was charged $1.89 for the cut. I asked the girl behind the counter, ” Do you charge to cut the bagels?” She responded that she just hits the sliced button, so I asked again. The manager stated that I was rude and wouldn’t answer my question, so I asked for a refund. Check your receipts for the “sliced bagel” charge! So I message corporate office and still no response as of 6/20/23 . No response tells me they are aware of this, and they know it’s dishonest!!!!

Got bagels from this place to especially take to Canada but when I got to Canada and checked, there was one bagel less. It was so embarrassing for me. The bagels are tasty but please check your bag when you get your order to make sure it’s all there and it’s correct.

I feel like the quality here has gone downhill. Just got an everything bagel with bacon & cheese. The bagel is dry and lacking flavor expected of an EVERYTHING bagel , the bacon is a dry round disc of bacon and the cheese is just a white/ grey dry crispy disc.

Great quality ingredients and prices. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online and being able to pick up at the window. As someone else had mentioned, the smoothies have been inconsistent lately and watery. Customer service is also pretty non existent.
