Heard about it from some friends. Finally tried it February 1st 2026. Super exciting stuff and atmosphere is great. Staff are amazing. This was the 2nd trip on 2/5/26. Planning to hangout here often.

This establishment has been in Stockton for sometime now. I finally stopped in. Glad I did. Pastries all look delicious. You wanna try them all. I opted to try a strawberries and cream cake and a piece of the coffee brûlée cake. Pleasantly surprised. I will definitely visit again.

This is my first time being in here. I know about this place cause of my brother when he visited me from Downey. Anyways he brought some of their pastries to try and my wife and I were hooked. This place has so many different pastry from sweet to savory and also cakes and different various dessert. They also make drinks from Cafe to boba drinks. Great environment clean and very chill. I recommend you come in and try it for sure. Love this place. And we came out with a haul cause we brought some to my daughter and co workers.

I move from Sacramento to Stockton and I was thrilled when an 85 Degree Bakery was opening in Stockton. I understand that this bakery is a lot smaller, So I’m not expecting all the selections to as grand as Sacramento location. But I have to say, I go to this bakery strictly for the Brioche. I have gone to this location multiple times since it open and never once had I gotten my hand on any of the brioche bread. I have gone when it opens at 8am (was told by employee its not going to be ready for the next 4 hrs) , to 12pm (was told its sold out for the day- but wait, you guys done close into 9 pm), later when its closing and no luck. I will not be coming here anymore. Very very disappointed.

Not worth the money. Im going to try the matcha choco bun i bought tomorrow and see if its still as bad.
Update: yeap it is.
Update: 4 weeks later, they filled the buns now. Im very happy with the improvement. Raised to 4 stars for improvement, still not 5 due to previous experience. If they keep up the good work ill put 5.

11.20.19: came in for the new thai tea. It was very light as there seems to be a lot of milk. Very sweet as well. Also got the souffle cheesecake for $4 from the 85C app.
First one opened in Stockton. No longer need to drive 45 minutes for some yummy bakery. Second day of grand opening, so our wait was about 30 minutes. Received a free tote at the door and a free mug after spending $20. Go to bakery item is the garlic cheese, marble taro bun and espresso bun. They have new batches of bakery come out often, so they’re fresh. Love the marble taro smoothie. My new favorite is the 85° iced coffee. It has a strong bitter taste with a hint of sweetness that I like. The caramel coffee smoothie was good as well. The cakes look so pretty and delicious, so that’s something I’m definitely going to try. Signed up for the 85° rewards to build up degree points. Staff was friendly and there was a long wait for drinks, but they made sure we knew that our order was in the process and thanked us for our patience.

Very good food. My 1st time they were empty in alot of items they needed to refill the shelves. We asked for item that they clearly had in back. You can’t sell if you dont fill your shelves. We were there at 9am they opened at 8. Place was clean but floors were sticky who ever mopped used a dirty mop to mop floors cause our shoes stuck to floor as we walked around looking for specific items. Associates were nice.

Sweet tooth satisfied! The baked goods were stocked well and already in individual wrappers so I appreciated it! I enjoyed the variety to taste different kinds and cashier was very nice!! There’s also a table and chair outside to enjoy the breeze and delicious treats.
