Ordered 2 cakes a week in advance with all the specifics colors and such. Arrive and was told sorry we didn’t have the color for the lettering can we use this color instead? Why not call me ahead of time if there’s an issue to resolve rather than make me wait an additional 20 minutes to use the only color you have in stock. Problem two: why have options available to order online when in reality you don’t have them in stock or failed to reorder when supplies are low. Third there should be an expectation of quality in the writing and it looks like total garbage. One of the names was screwed up, blended in the white and rewritten. Absolutely poor customer service process.

I paid $40 for a cake because I wanted it to be better looking and better tasting than one I did by myself. I called twice to see if it was ready and got sent to voicemail both times. One of these times was five minutes prior to my pickup time. Five minutes later, I was in an empty store, looking at an employee who hadn’t seemed busy for a while.

Hit this place this eve. Wasn’t busy at all. Couple customers and a door dash driver. There was only one employee that I could see, seemed a little stressed but was friendly and completed orders efficiently. Mine was made properly and was very tasty. Recommended!
