Ordered 2 cakes a week in advance with all the specifics colors and such. Arrive and was told sorry we didn’t have the color for the lettering can we use this color instead? Why not call me ahead of time if there’s an issue to resolve rather than make me wait an additional 20 minutes to use the only color you have in stock. Problem two: why have options available to order online when in reality you don’t have them in stock or failed to reorder when supplies are low. Third there should be an expectation of quality in the writing and it looks like total garbage. One of the names was screwed up, blended in the white and rewritten. Absolutely poor customer service process.

I’ve never seen such lackadaisical service, someone was eating Chipotle behind the counter, everyone was shouting, and the service was just abysmal. Absolutely infuriating.
