Clean store front other than where you put used dishes at. It was overflowing with dirty dishes. But in their defense they were super busy pushing out food. Everything was very good and the price you can’t beat for the size food you get. Just know you will need a Togo box before leaving.

So so yummy!! I tried the Korean rice bowl with chicken Orange chicken rice bowl, TNT sushi roll and the Mt. Fuji sushi roll and loved all of it! Super flavorful and you get a lot of food (enough for 2 meals if you can stop yourself from devouring it all in one sitting ).

It was our first time eating at bento in downtown Jacksonville. And I am extremely pleased with the customer service Jesus provided. He was so attentive and kind. My mom and even my small kids said how much of hard worker he was. He also spoke Spanish which made it easier for my mom. I wish every restaurant had someone like him working. ! The food was delicious and it was also a clean environment!.

It’s best to get your food to go. Three of us went in to order back to back ,sat at the same table for came out 8-10 minutes between us . We did not eat together. We watched each other eat. I can say food was hot and fresh. I am thinking shirt staff? Young lady at register was bright and friendly where she operated two registers. Food was delicious.

I won’t be going to this Bento again. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food, so the wait alone was disappointing. What’s worse is my brother and I both got really sick from the food. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because I liked the cashier. I thought he provided good service.

The WORST experiences I have ever had, trying to obtain food for my office. ALWAYS contact them directly to ensure they received your order, if you ordered via their website, or you’ll be left like my office the second time: stranded without ANY food and forced to quickly look elsewhere. I usually love Bento, but my latest experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) I ordered my poke bowl to go via Uber eats, as usual, with a side of teriyaki sauce. I receive a message from my Uber driver that Bento is out of teriyaki sauce and I can choose a different one. No biggie, I’ll take Japanese bbq instead (it’s similar) I receive another message from my Uber driver that Japanese bbq is more expensive than teriyaki, so Bento will not give that to me instead. Need I say more?

I ordered a taro milk tea and it wasn’t good unfortunately. The food was decent 7/10. What made the experience bad though was just the service. Extremely slow and they aren’t taking into consideration of customers time. By the way we order the milk teas and they took over 20 mins to make them.

This used to be an absolute fav of mine but has been a disappointment the last few times. For some reason the spicy tofu does not show up on any online ordering service for the poke bowl so I’m not sure if that’s an error or they did away with it… which is unfortunate as it was the only vegetarian protein.
