I has a party of 17. We waited over an hour before the management realized no one had been by to offer water, menus etc. We received 4 free appetizers which worked out to 1 piece per person total so we ordered more of our own. The chefs were very entertaining …especially Joe. Our bill was over $1000 plus all of the drinks we had.

Man, the food was so great at the Benihana in Concord! Chef was again very entertaining and the food came out wonderful. The fried rice could’ve been seasoned a little bit more, but overall the meal was fantastic. So good, I even made a “to go” order of Salmon to take home. Even one of the managers Lionna came over and was very nice and checked in on our table which was refreshing to see. Keep up the good work! One of my favorite places to dine.

Highly impressed with the chef assigned to our table. My kids enjoyed the little cooking show. Whatever it is that he added on our fried rice, was hands down the best fried rice I’ve tasted. The salmon I ordered was cook to perfection. The only disappointment I had was the long wait time. We reserved to dine in in advanced however we still had to wait two hours. Aside from that, everyone in my party enjoyed the food.

This was a disaster!! We had a reservation for 16 people. We called 5 hours before to adjust it to 14 and the host changed it to 1. ONE PERSON! She confirmed over the phone 14 but the confirmation text that came 3 hours before said for 1. I tried calling multiple times and got no answer. When we all arrived and told them the issue the manager (Lionna) was rude, dismissive, argumentative, passive and just really disrespectful. She had us wait an hour. The food and show were great along with some tasty drinks but the service and treatment when it was Their error really ruined the night. I’ll be reaching out to Joshua the GM.

First time here and I already find it a fail … I’m part of the restaurant industry and this visit was ridiculous… I walk in the door and make eye contact with the host and manager who was talking to them , northerly one greeted us, we get sat at a hibachi table 10 minutes go buy and no waters , no cook. And the plates that were set out DIRTY…I go to use the restroom and it needed TLC ASAP. It was so gross. I can say I had a better experience at McDonalds …..
