Employee yelled at all customers while we were all laughing at a joke a friend made. It was rude and unprofessional, could have adressed it in a different matter if she felt we were being too loud. Customer service at the counter while ordering was also bad, they seemed bothered by our questions and annoyed people wanted to try samples. Ice cream was great as always but the staff needs to do better.

Always enjoy a trip to Ben and Jerry’s. I always find a new flavor to enjoy and today was no different. Today’s pick was Coffee Buzz Buzz (coffee ice cream with expresso bean fudge chunks). My husband typically selects from a handful of tried and true favorites. His selection today was Half Baked. The inside of the store is currently closed but they have implemented a walk up window for cones, cups, shakes, and to pickup cake orders. One star deduction because it is higher priced than a couple of other local ice cream shops.
