Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor. Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada. Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community. After waiting 10 minutes for my drink noticed everybody else was gone out of the place that had ordered after me went up there to go see what was going on with my drinks and they said that they threw them away their voices are so soft you can’t even hear them over the music that’s playing in the background then they act like it’s no big deal that I sat there as long as I did and they still made the wrong drinks this place is a joke the owner reached out to me I hope he can train his staff/management to do better and learn how to resolve situations better then the way he stood there like a deer in headlights. Instead of saying yes sir I will take have a talk with my staff and I will do my best to make shore that doesn’t happen to anybody else thank you instead he just tried to give me free stuff and give away the stores money after they just threw away my drinks and didn’t look around for the person that just paid for them already funny who pays for a drink but doesn’t want it

Given this location a chance multiple times, and have not had a good experience any of the times. The lack of customer service in every one of the baristas almost makes one rather get a coffee from a gas station than here. No attentiveness, no welcoming attitude, and no gratitude. It seems as if the baristas are more invested in their social life with each other rather than their customers. So much so, that they got my order very wrong one of the times. Will be sticking with Dutch bros or a different location from here on out.

I knew a good portion of the employees this time, a year ago. And they are all gone now. And could be rude but since they left, I just can’t get my drink right. No matter how many times I try. And in this day and age, I’d rather just deal instead of become a Karen. Not worth it to try and get things right. Ill just find another store to go to.

This location is slowly going downhill. The employees have attitude everytime I’ve gone in this past month. My coffee is either watered down or the espresso tastes burnt. Not coming to this location anymore.
