Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor. Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada. Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community. Terrible coffee, what service?, I asked for two cappuccinos and I got some sweet caramel mocha something, its funny. I ask for small size, I got large. Everyone needs to improve their barista skills and coffee culture. Espresso is italian, not american, learn how to do it, if you want to serve it.

It is the first time that I’ve been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. My experience is very positive very friendly staff very knowledgeable I ask for help to figure out my needs this evening and there was right on top I’m very impressed drive through was open facility was clean and I’m going to share some pictures with you so you can experience yourself. Staff and coffee are great. The issues I ran into as someone who goes to coffee shops to study and do homework is how loud their machines are and the poor wifi quality. I’ve worked in other beans and brew in the valley and had no issue so my assumption is it is specific to this beans and brew. I ended up using my own hotspot because the internet was so poor. SO if you are looking for somewhere to study/do homework I would choose a different location.

This Beans and Brews is awful!!! It doesn’t matter how I say it every time I order with little ice, there’s more ice than coffee in my drink. If I wanted a cup of ice, that’s what I’d order. I don’t have this issue at any other location.

I love beans and brews but I always have negative experiences at this location. The workers are so kind!!! They have never been disrespectful. They take around 10 minutes to make my one drink when I am the only one in the drive through. They also manage to mess up my order almost every time I go there. I ordered a specific sandwich and received a totally different one. I always give it the benefit of the doubt but it always disappoints.
