Due to personal reasons, I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins since I was a little girl. I’m 50! I was extremely disappointed. Did not get what I asked for, no utensils and NO CONE!! I know businesses are struggling, we all are. That’s no reason for poor service. Not even a napkin. Don’t want to be a Karen but this happens everywhere nowadays and I’m tired of it!!

Vince was super nice acknowledged us from the get go, the other staff (5) didn’t want to help us and the young man in front of us. I’m not saying it’s because we are naturally toned but it was not a great feeling. So I waited for Vince.

We were just at Baskin Robbins in Bountiful & the young man that helped us was amazing!!!! We had a big order & he handled it with ease. He was fast & super friendly. I was very impressed with him!

If I could give less than one star, I would. In July, my daughter and nieces went in for some ice cream (my treat). They were treated extremely rudely-like the employees were annoyed that they came in. Then, every scoop of ice cream they got was the size of a baby scoop. It was almost like they were trying to stick it to them for coming in. We paid top dollar for almost no ice cream. We took pics of the miniature-sized scoops and I complained to the manager. I told her how they were treated and showed her the pics. She was very awkward on the phone, hardly even apologized for the horrible service we got, and never made it right with us. Against our better judgement, we gave this location one more try since and the same thing happened again. I would definitely go to cold stone or Blacksmith. This place is sadly a joke now.

Went there with my granddaughter and my daughter. We were rushes as soon as we walked in to give our order. Lol I noticed the attitudes of the 3 girls so we on purpose ordered a smoothie because that would mean they had to work. The Hispanic female working switched up her lip and rolled her eyes when we asked for it. Lol I almost busted up laughing. My brownie sundae that comes with 2 scoops only came with one. I made a remark that I better take my a** home paid for our ice cream and completely skipped that tip jar. We won’t be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Rude employees snarking an attitude at my 4 year old when she asked to try a flavor. Dirty on the inside, and paying 10$ for 2 kids sized scoops.. I won’t be continuing our Sunday tradition at this location, I would rather drive quite a distance.
