This location went far and beyond to make my experience go from frustrating to resolved.
They made it right and retrained the employees to have even more exceptional customer service.
In the food industry, it is about the opportunity to improve and grow.
Thank you giving me faith in your business.

Haven’t been to one of these in a long time! Everything was fine, just since it has been so long, I hadn’t realized how much prices have gone up! Inflation is real! $6 and some change for two scoops

We are frequent customers at the bountiful BR, in store service is usually awesome. We are loving the beach day flavor. So for my son’s birthday we ordered a custom polar pizza with beach day ice cream. Well it definitely does not look as advertised. Initially ordered with marshmallow drizzle, which looked like a mess. So I called and asked for it to be remade without the drizzle. The manager was nice and had no problem remaking it. But somehow the new one looks worse. Do not recommend the polar pizza. Not worth the price! Very disappointed in this order.

So you can see the picture. There is no ice cream in the bottom of my cone. Is that just a trick to make more money? Never going back.

Worst customer service ever! Literally go here all the time and this place is straight chaos. They have absolutely no idea who came in first and they constantly serve people who are rude and push their way to the front and get helped before courteous people who were patiently are waiting for some help. You will get looked at 5 times and they will just go up to someone else and help them. I left without even buying anything because they literally wouldn’t help me, 4 people got there after me and they helped them first! I go into this place all the time and I am one of the only people that gives them tips on top of the stuff I buy almost every time! There was a couple all over each other being very uncomfortable, their backs were turned to the counter right next to me and the staff came up helped them first I literally couldn’t believe it. So disappointed never going back.

When I ordered my daughters birthday cake, I was expecting it to look somewhat like the style I choose from the website. But what I got looked so sloppy, I was so disappointed!

The three young girls that were working in there were so rude. We came to get ice cream and while I understand it is busy in there, we received so much attitude. We were polite and kind yet were met with eye rolls and sighs. If you can’t be nice to customers, don’t work in customer service.

I’m tired of walking into restaurant establishments and watching the employees ignore the customers that are in their store to order because they are to focused on filling online orders. If you are going to do an online type business have the basic IQ points to understand that customers that walk in to order need to be helped as well and not ignored. Either hire more people to cover both business models or do online only! Stop treating the people who walk into your store like they don’t matter! Visited the Bountiful store tonight and watched 3 employees focus on filling online orders while 9 people waiting to order watched them. Good bye Baskin Robins!

From out of town – my brother brought me here for a treat yesterday. Service was decent but the sugar cone was stale and the 2 scoops of ice cream was gooey old.
