My last visit to Bar Louie was for my niece’s book signing on the patio. What a wonderful event that was! This was a dinner visit. The relaxed atmosphere with music playing in the background was the perfect way to wind down after an exhausting day. If it were a little warmer, patio dining would have been perfect. Being a Salmon lover, I decided to order the Seared Salmon with Cauliflower Rice etc. After the first bite it was clear that Salmon wasn’t a good choice. My first thought was to just eat the food… an attempt was made. Thankfully our server Alicia was committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. When Alicia realized my disappointment she made a few suggestions, one being the Ceasar Salad with shrimp, salmon or chicken. The Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken was a very good option. The salad offered just the right amount of tender chicken that was seasoned well and very tasty. A clean plate experience always receives 5 stars. My salad plate was just about clean . Alicia’s attentiveness, care and concern for her customers made this a 5-star experience!!. We need more Alicia’s in the restaurant industry!

Went on a Friday night, and I totally understand it was busy, but the service took forever. It was over 20 minutes after being seated by the host until anyone talked to us for drink orders. Then it was another 30 minutes until they actually brought the drinks to the table.

Service was decent but not too attentive. Ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and it tasted like a regular chicken sandwich and had little hot honey sauce. The chicken was also very dry. The spinach artichoke dip was really good though. Overall the menu looked good but ended up being disappointed.

The drinks are always fantastic at Bar Louie. They all have an individual feel, and here our waitress Sharon was phenomenal! Despite it being a busy Friday, and the kitchen being a little backed up. The drinks came out quickly, and the food didn’t take as long as we anticipated. They had a live band preforming which was very nice. Keep in mind it will be packed. The ambiance is great. Sharon was super attentive and ensured we had the best night while there. We will definitely be coming back!

We’ve come here a few times and each time the service declines more. Great location, decent atmosphere, you could almost overlook the so-so food, if it weren’t for the piss poor service. Our waitress took so long to bring my drink, that I went to the bar. Even longer wait for the condiments, and the other guest with non-alcoholic beverages had to wait over 20 minutes for a refill. We don’t be back. I’m actually writing this at the table, waiting on her to acknowledge our existence, so we can pay and leave.
