I love O’Charley’s because they have such a wide variety of items to choose from all at a fair price. My food is always hot and fresh, cooked to order and not too long of a wait at all. I’ve been here 3 times in the past 5 days. Yum yum! Dessert was awesome. Thanks so much.

My family and I have eaten here 3 times in the last three months. It is located about a quarter of a mile from the Burn Center at the Wellstar Hospital for which we have driven over 100 miles each way to/from.
The food is delicious, is very attractively displayed on the plate, and is very large portion sizes. There is a wide variety of items on the menu.
The servers were always very friendly and polite. The general manager was super friendly, and checked on us to make sure that our mail was good, and that our service was great.
What’s my family find something they like on a menu, they tend to enjoy kidding again. We have enjoyed the chicken tender plate with sides, a delicious salad, and club sandwhich from there. We enjoyed the chicken tenders so much that we got them more than one time. Their specialty boom boom sauce and chipotle sauce is especially good with the tenders. One picture shows double fries. The hot, fresh rolls are amazing!
One of the times we were there, we saw that they had a private area for large groups, whose group seemed to be having an excellent time and whose server appeared to be very attentive.
We highly recommend this place.

I have always enjoyed their food and service. This last visit was for a take-out dinner for my wife and I while she was recovering in the hospital, and this was her first real food after having surgery. I would recommend O’Charley’s for a good meal and prompt service.

My Family had not been in an O’Charley’s for a couple of years since ours is no longer open, but we happened upon this location in Marietta/Smyrna/Austell Road and I have to say we are definitely going back.
The host was the most lovely person and just made us feel right at home. CC was our waitperson and she just hit it right out of the park! And Adin (I think that was the Manager’s name) was so upbeat and just had some great suggestions, we honestly have not had a better time at a Restaurant than we did yesterday.
On to the food, They added a few new items so we decided to try something that is not our usual go to, so we tried that new Maple Waffle Fries and Chicken Tenders meal. If you like Sweet and hot the sauce it comes with is amazing but if you are not a spicy/hot person just ask for their honey mustard instead – it went perfect as well. Also if you like to eat like Elf from the movie – just ask for some Maple Syrup because once we did that at the Manager’s suggestion it was like eating funnel cake at the fair, It went perfect with their EOS wine.
Again such a fun visit, everyone was in a great mood and the whole staff seemed like they actually liked their jobs! From a manager’s perspective, that is the best thing you can hope for. I am truly wow’d by that whole experience! Thanks for making the day with my mom fun!

The bathroom was like a gas station in the middle of nowhere that you hold it or go behind a tree. Disgusting
The Shrimp was fishy and the potato soup was just cheese.
We got our meal first, our apps second.
The best part was the bread, the only reason we didn’t leave hungry. We also got the bread last.
Our waitress was extremely sweet.

Was invited here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had a really good time, food was good and the service was great. Their salmon was really good, ended up not taking any food home so that is a good sign. They were out of hot tea, that was the only down fall other than that no one in our group had any complaints other than my 3 year old daughter who did not enjoy her children’s cheese pizza. Their pumpkin pie was also a really good treat to share with my 2 children.

My 92 year old Mom, Sister and female Cousin drove down from north Georgia for the day and my wife and I decided to go to O’Charley’s for lunch. We were delighted with the welcome from the hostess and were seated right away. Our server was so pleasant and attentive and the food was prepared and presented very well. We were all very pleased. This level of service speaks to the strength of leadership and the attention we received by the manager meant a lot to me and my family. I highly recommend this location!

We were seated fast, waiter was attentive, bathrooms were clean. The sweet tea was good which a big deal. Our meal was good besides the fact that my french fries were soaked in the honey and juices from the chicken(literally every fry). Then on the menu it says that kids eat free(portions extremely small and doesn’t include drink) but our waiter brought out the check and just kinda flashed it in front if my eyes instead of placing it down, and I had my debit card out already so I was not able to see that he still had charged me for the kids meal. Thinking he would come back so I could ask for it to be removed, I waited about 5 minutes and figured out he was likely not coming back to the table probably knowing what I would ask. 5.99 isn’t the biggest deal but don’t offer free childrens meals with any adult purchase on any date or time and then not follow that advertisement. Husband claimed the food made him sick, he had salmon and steak but not clear really if it was in fact the food. Regardless it didn’t break the bank and we didn’t spend too much time here for it to be a hassle on top of the small mishaps.

Tried the prime rib could have been better, if the steak itself taste like the outer layer it would have been perfect; the batter on the shrimp was not cooked enough, the rice pilaf was salty & the grill chicken was bland
