Service was nice but the sandwiches we got …. I really don’t know how one can put all of the ingredients of a banh mi sandwich together and have it taste like nothing, flavorless—no exaggeration. I got the pork belly sandwich and 1) the meat looked nothing at all like the picture, I expected pork belly 2) the “meat” looked plastic, really, lower quality than Subway meat next door or your local Safeway. Bread was too soft not the right texture, cilantro and carrots were somehow—like I said—flavorless, was there even Mayo or Pate on it? Couldn’t tell. Not sure where to start on how to fix these sandwiches because none of the parts are quality or sufficient. Really disappointed that we felt like we had to force ourselves to stomach these sandwiches so as not to waste them.

Update for a different purchase : bought iced coffee. It tasted like chicory coffee. This type of coffee has zero caffeine. Don’t buy their coffee.
