Exceptionally good hand pulled noodles! These are the best that I have had outside of NYC, give them a try.

Really enjoyed their flat cut noodles. I tried the Szechuan garlic noodles, with the flat cut noodles and dry with beef. Very yummy. If im in the area I would try another noodle dish. I wanted try them all. Seating is an issue on busy days.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. Honeydew agua fresca was so refreshing as well. Sichuan garlic with beef was super tasty I love a good garlic crunch with fresh herbs. Traveled a long way to try, not disappointed. Seating in this location is very limited inside but outside there are some tables.

I love homemade noodles! They’re typically more dense, chewy, and springy. Bang Bang is it a market style building where you can have several different dining options. Near it, you’ll find African food, Japanese fried chicken, and so on. The noodle dish I got was perfectly balanced from a spicy-ness perspective, the noodles were pretty great too, but for me, I’ve had more flavorful noodle dishes. Still enjoyable, and on the west side, I would still try them again but maybe a different menu item.

I had the szechuan noodles dry + mushroom. love the flavors but it’s not a meal. there need to be several additional ingredients in this dish to make it a well rounded meal. and for $20, and i had to stand in line to order, pick up the food and bus my table, sorry, no. so not worth it.

It was due time LA got something from the SGV that brought consistency in taste and quality. Look no further than Bang Bang if you want that dry or wet soupy goodness that’ll leave you craving for more. Chinese cuisine is making its way over in style!

The food and the flavors were excellent! The texture of the noodles was perfect. We opted to get the dry version and the sauces were excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in hand tossed noodles and we will definitely be coming again.

Do you enjoy licking batteries? If you do this is the place for you!!!!! This place was absolutely awful and a huge waste of my money and gas. I was excited to try because I kept seeing their ads on Instagram so my fiancé and I ordered 2 Szechuan garlic noodles and 2 drinks totally at $50, and all I can say is it was a huge let down! Although the noodles were good, I couldn’t enjoy them with that nasty sauce. I’m a huge garlic lover and I didn’t taste any garlic at all (maybe due to my mouth going numb). All in all keep your 50 bucks, that’s the best choice.

The Szechuan Garlic Noodles Soup was punchy spicy, where it hits you while chewing but it is gone soon after, so it doesn’t seem too hot. The taste is like 300% of a normal beef pho taste. And the amount given is perfect for filling you with exactly what you need, but not too much.
