Just happened to be walking by when visiting town and decided to stop here. We absolutely loved the food. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Guacamole had a mild spice that was great. Purposeful vegetarian options. Every employee we interacted with was kind and helpful. Who I assume to be the owner checked on us to see how our food was. If I’m ever in the area again I’m 100% coming back and if you’re reading this review wondering if you should go- the answer is yes!

If you’re anywhere near Yellow Springs, do yourself a favor and stop by Miguel’s Tacos!
It’s a flavor experience you won’t forget.
I’ve been hooked on their carne asada tacos from the start. The meat is always tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned. It’s my go-to order every time. But on my last visit, I decided to branch out and try the birria tacos, and wow, they were divine. Rich, juicy, and packed with that slow-cooked, savory depth that makes birria so special. Dunking them in that consommé was next-level.
We also shared a plate of nachos and a chicken quesadilla—both were generously portioned and bursting with fresh, bold flavors. The nachos are loaded but never soggy, and the quesadilla is golden crisp on the outside and oozing with cheese and juicy chicken on the inside.
Miguel’s is not just good, it’s the best taco spot in Ohio.
Bold claim? Maybe.

Danielle and her Miguel’s taco truck are the best in the area. I have a passion for al pastor tacos … it’s my go-to measure wherever I travel – CONUS or abroad. Miguel’s is one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s a local gem. I frequent the establishment after long trail runs in the John Bryan State Park/Glenn Helen woods. Excellent food and good people. Support them!

I went to buy tacos at this place and each taco on the main menu board has a price of 4 dollars. When I order mine I ending in pain more than I have to, on top of that they add the tax fee (no problem with that )plus they have a minimum of 18% of tip. if you come to this place do not tip them because they are over charging you with the price

Great tacos full flavor, the nachos were perfect and worth the price. It would have been even better if some yahoo wouldn’t have parked his white car and the only motorcycle parking in the area that I could find, so uncool man be Better than that. He got out holding a LP record as we pulled up. That forced me to decide to park at the business next door chancing getting towed.

The food is always delicious when we stop here! Service has always been quick as well. It’s located inside Trail Town Brewery, so I definitely suggest getting a margarita from them to go with your order if you’re able. The seating area can get a little warm on a hot day, but they also have water available to you near the door and clean cups.

The restaurant is inside trail town brewing. The staff are polite and friendly. Be mindful the place got busy and the food was served was really slow (40-45 min after order). The tacos were great, small but flavorful. We tried almost all of them. I would recommend to get at least 4 tacos. The salsa was a bit sweet. Overall a good food in a brewery.

Miguel’s Tacos in Yellow Springs, Ohio, is an absolute gem! I ordered the quesadilla, and it was hands down one of the top 10 best quesadillas I’ve ever had. The flavor was incredible—there’s a good chance they used mozzarella cheese instead of the typical cheddar, which gave it a unique, creamy texture. Every bite was packed with flavor, perfectly balanced between the crispy tortilla and the cheesy, savory filling. I give Miguel’s Tacos an A+ for sure! Highly recommended if you’re in the area!
