The honeydew shaved ice was INCREDIBLE. If you are looking for something to cool down, I definitely recommend this. It is big enough to share between two people. My boyfriend and a friend of ours got the drinks and said they were not good as they seemed to be powdery. I had the blended Thai tea and thought it was delicious. The bao I got was also good. I will be back because their shaved ice was amazing.

So delicious! My best friend suggested we go here for lunch and it did not disappoint. I got the vermicelli and grilled pork bowl and he got the bahn mi. We also had a side of egg rolls and I ordered a passion fruit tea. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The drink was a little sweet but that is my fault for not specifying the sweetness. I would definitely go back and try other items in their menu.

Authentic and delicious! This was our first time visiting Bambu and wow were we impressed! We were greeted by the sweetest staff and our food came to our table within 15 minutes of sitting down. We ordered the spicy beef bowl and vegetarian tofu noodle soup, so yummy and I was happy to see so many vegan and vegetarian options! 10/10 would recommend Bambu, the owner is so incredible and takes such pride in her family owned business! Can’t wait to try the milk teas on our next visit!

No complaints. This is a great place to eat. I had a waffle, an iced coffee, wings, and open-faced buns (wanted to sample since it was my first time). The Korean wings and iced coffee were my favorite. The owner came out after our meal and sat with us. All of the food is made to order and very fresh. Will definitely come back and bring a few friends.

I was really excited to try Vietnamese che and it did not disappoint! I got their signature #1 drink and it was so delicious with many textures and the right amount of sweet. I also tried many food items, which were all just mediocre. The food lacks flavor and is missing the abundance of fresh herbs and spiced oils. The desserts and drinks are 5 star worthy. If you go for the Che, Boba, egg waffles, shaved ice…you won’t be disappointed.

The cashier on 5/28 was really sweet and funny when an American girl ordered durian smoothie. He said “you sure?” I told him to let her taste test it and she did say another day to eat it . But anyways, their Bahn Mi sucks!! The pork bahn mi always never put enough meat. It’s only like a table spoon of meat in a whole baguette . My friends and I gave them three tries. Three strikes. As for the bahn mi dac biet (everything/speciality) sucks. Pure slices of fat in there! In the picture you’ll see the red fat I took out. The only good thing was the honey dew shave ice where 3-4 people can share and it was flavorful! The Che (fruit lover) I think number 6 Che is good. One time I tried their bun Bo hue, that’s a no! Only eat their Che and shave ice. Oh yes, their eggroll too small.
