I’ve had issues with this particular Dominos before not sending the correct orders but this last experience tops them all. Part of our order was boneless BBQ wings. They delivered 1 plain bone in wing. Literally 1. And you can see the grease marks that prove there were more wings in the box. The driver must have eaten them. I called them and told them about what happened and they apologized and promised to send a new order out. They never came. Called again and they said they had delivered a new order. This place needs to figure it out.

I would like to just say I’ve ordered here before at it’s been great. Unfortunately tonight I ordered food and when I got it everything looked fine besides the macaroni and cheese… it looked like cheese soup and Alfredo mixed into it . That’s odd because I’ve never seen it look this way since my past orders . Then I go to eat the pineapple chicken and it’s completely cold and hard on the inside :/ bummer I wasted 40 down the drain . Whatever cook is cooking definitely needs to go back to cashier or just tell them to go home.

Ridiculous pizza. Ordered pizza with extra cheese and some of the ingredients on half. Not even enough cheese to hide the sauce and toppings just thrown around and cut didn’t even follow the half.

This was absolutely the worst service I’ve had dealing with this Domino’s. Some nights that deliver driver is very nice and the food is very hot and the drinks are very cold. But in this specific situation the order was about an hour late to my home the food was absolutely terrible and even the pizza boxes were destroyed. No one should put a Sprite bottle in with the same delivery bag as pizzas and a specialty chicken which was also baked and very dry and cheese inedible. One pizza was for the kids which as you see is half gone because they needed to eat something and the other Pizza was a personal Pizza with one slice gone but no toppings in the cheese was smashed into the top. Again this is very bad customer service and at this point I don’t think anyone should eat at this location unless it’s carry out so you see what you are getting.

We have been living in Hopkins for the last 4 years and this place has been our To-Go or rather To-Get pizza place. Dominos has a thing for great customized pizzas and going online you can just throw in any number of veggies and different types of cheeses. This pizza location has great choice of pizzas too. We have been to this place couple of times for pickup and never have we had delays waiting for the pizza.
One problem with the pizzas that get delivered is that they probably get it prepared on time but they don’t have someone to deliver it promptly or they combine the delivery orders together that the pizza ends up being cold. We have always put them into the microwave before we start eating. That’s something this Dominos could plan better.
Nevertheless, they have great pizzas and are pretty good in honoring the online coupons that you find in sites like RetailMeNot.

Ordered from here before has been decent, tonight the pizza was misshaped, cut in huge slices & almost inedible. Driver left pizza on the floor without knocking. Order elsewhere. Pathetic pizza makers & driver. & tip was given! Ridiculous behavior.
