Overall, this was an enjoyable visit. The staff seemed dazed and confused but we eventually got our breakfast. We placed a second order to go so we could do a picnic lunch while at exploration place. Clean and cute shop.

Not sure what changed but this experience was flavorless. Peach bagel tasted like plain and vegan berry cream cheese had no sweetness. Very different from past visits.

Today was my first time visiting Bagel Haus. It was a pretty disappointing experience. Yeah they’re locally owned, that’s great. But my customer experience was less than enjoyable. The lady working the drive through was obviously irritated after I misheard her question and was quite snotty when she had to repeat herself.

Drive thru takes quite a bit. But that’s ok. The bagel was good. I added bacon and lettuce w cream cheese. The bacon was great. Too much cream cheese it was all over the bagel. The bottom the top. Very very messy. But tasted good. I would eat it again. But the coffee. The coffee is absolutely terrible. I couldn’t even stand it. Total waste.

Friendly bright bagel shop. The only real bagel shop in Wichita. Panera bread doesn’t really count as a true bagel shop in my mind. Being from the West Coast, I am very familiar with great bagel shops, this one is fantastic. Traditionally boiled bagels in multiple flavors. The bagel-wiches run $6 each, but they are excellent. You can even get a bagel with lox (East Coasters, come and get it!). I have been living in Wichita for a long time, wishing for a place like this.

Stopped in mid morning Saturday with wife and daughter. Place was not crowded. We each had a bagel sandwich and lattes. All were very good and the bagels themselves particularly excellent. Service was good-about a five minute wait for the sandwiches and drinks. Price was around $30 which seemed reasonable. Only negative is the atmosphere could be homier. It felt a bit like being in a big box

Had a pleasant conversation with the woman there today. Was a nice start to my morning. Bagels are the perfect texture. So good. Coffee was very good as well. Highly recommend!
