Hate posting negative reviews, so it is only because it has consistently been the worst Zupas I have ever been to and truly filthy every time we have gone there.
Must recently, it took them 27 minutes to fill our order when there only 2 other people in line.
The tables everywhere were filled with trash and the dish drop off bin overflowing.
The food is often cold when served. In 4 attempts over the past year, it has consistently been bad. Please try elsewhere if you want to have a decent day

I asked for lettuce and they gave me mixed greens. I paid for extra eggs in my meal which they didn’t include. I paid for extra chicken which was not included either. My bowl came half empty and leaking. No utensils or napkins were included so I couldn’t eat it anyway if I didn’t find some in the kitchen at work.

The food is good they changed their rolls which is super sad… It does take a little bit to get through the line but getting your food is pretty average. The atmosphere is good ! Sometimes it can be a little hard to find a clean table just because it’s so busy but other than that really good experience!

I only come here mainly for the hospitality of Jose, one of the restaurant staff. He is THE kindest, most joyful and friendly person I’ve ever met and I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. He is hard working and also works at 2-3 other kimball junction establishments. He is the BEST, he needs a raise or a promotion.

Excited to go to Zupas when I’m in Park City. They had some trouble with opening and we had to wait for 45 minutes. Frustrating but they did offer us large fountain drinks for free and extra chocolate dipped strawberries so I felt like they were trying to make up for the inconvenience so bonus points for that. The food was tasty but the lobster bisque was thin and the meat in the sandwich was sparse. Overall it was a decent lunch.

I placed an order last night with very clear instructions — no olives and no pumpkin seeds. Unfortunately, when I received my salad, it contained both. You can clearly see this through the clear container, and the order label even states “no olives, no pumpkin seeds,” which makes this even more frustrating.
Attention to detail matters, especially when customers take the time to specify modifications. This wasn’t a subtle mistake — it was completely overlooked. For the price and expectations, I’m not impressed with the service and don’t feel confident ordering again.

Love this place. Food is made fresh just for you. I had the combo: turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and chicken chili. All of it was absolutely delicious. Extremely nice place and good prices!
