From the manager to everyone working on the line the customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly, working hard and fast and being so polite! They made an effort to make genuine conversation and provide a great experience. One employee named Jose was cruising around the floor, helping people get trays to their tables, greeting every person as they entered and exited, cleared tables and made every single person smile! He completely made our day and the whole experience was honestly the best customer service we have ever had in Utah! I made sure to get the managers name and let them all know. Came here about 2 years ago and it was fine but this last time I ordered a Honey Bacon Club and I’m not sure if the employee was just having a bad day or what but it was literally covered in mustard to the point that it was dripping wet. Even after wiping off half of the mustard off it was still soaked in it and made everything soggy. Easily one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had from a zupas and I don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

Excellent food! I got the Ultimate Grilled Cheese and the Pumpkin Créme Brulee and they were both delicious, the grilled cheese had just the right amount of pesto, and the Créme Brulee had the perfect balance of every ingredient. Highly recommend this place!

i firmly believe that fresh is always better. but fresh and made with love is unbeatable. this is that extra bit of special. i was just wanting a basic sandwhich and instead i fell i love with more. i wish i had knew just how many extras could be tossed into a salad. i underdid it. and i hate pickles but this place had sweet pickles and i nearly finished my sandwhich before even realizing i was eating them. didnt get to try the fancy lemonades. but i hope to find another cafe zupas while i travel

The pulled pork sandwich was tasting off. The mushroom soup I love was also a bit off and very clumpy. I switched to the clam chowder and some of the potatoes weren’t cooked all the way through. Almost crunchy. Apparently we weren’t the first to complain

The food was delicious. I did not see a 2 entree combo on the board, however, the staff upgrades us to that and saved us a few dollars. The sandwiches are smaller but delicious.

José made our experience special. It was a busy lunchtime and after warmly greeting us, he found us a table, carried our food to the table, threw away our trash when we finished, got a “to-go” container, and then thanked us for coming when we left. I was so impressed with him, that I couldn’t help but watch him treat all of the other guests the exact same way. Thanks for making our day José!

Outstanding. I had the chopped chicken and avocado salad with delicious blue cheese dressing. My husband had the cuban sandwich with cup of southwest potato soup. So good. Forgot about the chocolate covered strawberries.
