The definition of no frills BBQ done perfectly. I got a chopped beef sandwich and it was the perfect size on the meat chunks. Sauce was spicy and had excellent flavor and was plentiful. Good price and value for the serving size. I live just down the street and will absolutely be back.

Best ribs I’ve had in St Pete area. Ownership very friendly and accommodating: didn’t realize they were a cash-only business and was a few dollars short on my first order. They allowed me to take out anyway – ended up paying back very soon after due to the great bbq!

Under new ownership. Worst Q I have ever had. They need to look up the definition of BBQ. They don’t have the low and slow figured out. Tried the ribs, chicken, bbq beans, and potatoe salad. Meat was very touch especially the ribs. Beans looked and tasted like they came out of a can. Real bbq beans have chunks of meat i.e burnt ends. Potatoe salad was bitter, never tasted any worse. Chicken was not tender and dried out, even the dark meat.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Definitely a take out place. One table and two chairs. They only accept cash, only open I believe Wednesday through Saturday and only until food runs out. I asked for menu but all they had was handwritten paper taped to the bankers window glass. I take it crime has been an issue I ordered a large chopped pork sandwich $6.80 slightly more than I would expect since there were no sides included. The meet was tasty, and the sauce was delicious. They offered me a choice of sweet, sweet and tangy, and hot sauce. I chose a mixture hot, and sweet and tangy. It’s not a hot that kicks you in the pants but you’re definitely starting to feel it after a few bites. I will probably order from here again

Finally found the down-home BBQ that has eluded me since moving here in 2016! I love sauce and this place does not disappoint! It is traditional mustard-style and plenty of it! So glad they provided plenty of napkins! I had the half chicken meal with potato salad and baked beans – salad is mustard based and I love how they cut them into small cubes. The beans are thick and sweet – just how I like them! The owners are friendly and curteous – brought my food out with a smile and thank you! Definitely coming back!

Food was great, however the lady whom was serving the food wasn’t so pleasant. She seemed to have an attitude first thing upon opening. There was no potato salad done so I didn’t get a chance to taste that. Other than that ribs were bussing, taste similar to down down Georgian ribs

Horrible food, hole in the wall. The wife didn’t put on gloves to make the dinner nor washed her hands. Ribs were flavorless. Sauce was the star. Sides of mac and cheese taste like the mustard in potato salad. Never again.
