Customer service = terrible. Parking lot was empty. There was 1 vehicle ahead of me in the drive thru. When I got up to order they said they would be with me in a second. I waited 7+ minutes and once several cars were lined up behind me I said “hello” just to make sure they didn’t forget about me. In return I got a rude “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I asked how long and if they were having issues and if so should I just get out of line.. I didn’t get a response. A minute later someone very rudely took my order. I will say that my Krystal’s were good and tasted fresh. The only negative of them was that it looked like someone tried to press them all completely flat.

I usually go to Chick Fil A for my Saturday breakfast. Ive been seeing commercials for Krystal’s breakfast. So I decided id give it a try. Never again. A large employee was sitting at the table and complained “these customers KEEP coming in!” Then walked over to the register and asked “what you want?” If I hadn’t done already ordered online, I would have walked out. Nasty attitude! Never again. And hes STILL complaining as I type this.

I don’t expect much when I come to Krystal because universally this chain is pretty bad however today was a special sort of hot mess. Got to the speaker and ordered 4 Krystal’s with cheese, one no cheese no mustard no pickle add ketchup. The girl had to ask me 5 times what I wanted instead of listening and then keying in the order accordingly. I received my food and all 4 burgers had cheese, all the toppings and all 4 had ketchup. The girl was very rude as well acting like I was bothering her for ordering as she didn’t say one word to me at the window. I let her know as much that she was rude and then she finally found her voice and said “what you say to me?” I said “oh now you got something to sayz bravo”. Avoid this place at all costs. Sad

The food has changed that’s for sure…. The chili cheese fries use to be my favorite thing there but now they change there fries it doesn’t taste the same and then when they run outta pup chilli they’ll put that nasty bean chilli on it that tastes awful and they won’t even warn you either, they’ll just roll with it hoping no1 notices it..
Also……(This is the one got me the most) we pulled up in drive through one night about an hr to hr half before closing and I ordered a sackful of Krystals, the person taking order says (really rude) naw we’re outta Krystals we only have 4 left… Lol my immediate response was how is Krystal out of krystals…? All I could get was yup do u won’t sumthin else or not…. My husband pulled away very quickly saying nope thanks before I could anything….. Smh all it takes is one bad apple to ruin a restaurant that’s for sure…!
