Took my pregnant fiancé here to get a smoothie bowl. And it was actually the worst experience I have ever had eating out. We spent 24$ on two bowls that had maybe half a cup of smoothie in each of them. And the syrup they use was absolutely drowning the whole entire thing. If you are looking for a smoothie bowl literally go anywhere else. This place was absolute garbage.

These snow cones are incredible!! So many different flavor options as well as different add ons. It’s not super cheap for a snow cone but it is so worth it. It’s not just the flavors either, I feel like the texture of the ice is fantastic. The staff is quite friendly as well and there are plenty of places to sit inside. They also do samples which was very helpful considering how many options they had!

Nice place for shaved ice. They have quite a variety. I always ask about the ingredients after we gave our kid one with caffeine when they did not need caffeine. Service is usually quick, except when they have a rush.

I honestly cannot believe this place is still open. I tried to go about a year ago and sat in the non- moving drive through for 20 minutes before giving up. I tried again on Saturday night, but this time I went inside. The staff was nice and took our order quickly. The problem we encountered was how long it took to get our snow cones. There were 4 employees working, and it took them over 45 minutes to get 3 of the 4 we ordered done (all at different times). It was hot, stuffy, and sticky while waiting. The floors and tables were sticky and dirty, and the temperature was hotter inside than it was outside. As we had a newborn and a 5 year old with us, we could not wait any longer for the fourth snow cone. I informed the staff there was no need to make the last one. They offered no refund. It seems that the staff were prioritizing the drive through this time and cared little for those waiting inside. Making a snow cone is not rocket science, and there is no reason it needs to take so long. I am very disappointed and will never go back. Frankly, I can’t believe other customers are ok with this kind of service. It was not worth the tip.

The slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. It would have been faster for me to crush ice cubes with a toothpick. There were a few people working and one table with two people in the dining area. We were watching them as we sat at the window for 15 mins trying to figure out what they were doing. One girl was twirling a towel. No sense of urgency. Don’t waste your time or money.

This was my first time ever. With how many cars there were in the drive thru, I guessed it must be popular. I went inside where a large crowd was gathered but they were not in line. I waited behind one couple and we were all ignored for about 10 minutes. The employees looked busy but they did not do more than look at us and go back to work. It looked very disorganized. When we did get service, the employees were nice, but it took 40 minutes to get my one drink. There were long stretches with no drinks served and then random drinks served out of order. I had to go to the counter (after 30 minutes and several orders served that were placed after mine) and ask how much longer and they said it had been started, but it still took another 5 minutes. The island mocha wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great either. Too watery. The restaurant was dirty, crowded and loud with several complaints heard in the crowd. Disappointed and not going back.

10/10 people in the group were satisfied! I believe I had Cookies and Milk (cream blend), and everyone else had a range from a smoothie, to a snow cone, to the special! Will definitely be coming back when in the area.
