If you’re looking for a Caribbean coffee, this is the place to go. The bread is so good! Made fresh daily. They have great breakfast and lunch options. Staff is well trained and even though they have some tough / shady customers they’re always helpful and are fast at cashing you out.

Wide variety of very good desserts. Variety of fried foods at their availability, sandwiches, etc. Excellent customer service, they always treat us with respect. Sometimes they take time to serve sandwiches but that’s because they make them fresh. To speed up the process and increase their sales, they should add chefs and kitchen equipment to speed up the process. Sometimes we don’t have that much time to wait but it’s worth it.

Baked Desserts are Ok… always get Quesitos from them. Empanadillas de Pollo are as dry as they can be, it’s almost like chewing on dry cotton and the pizza ones are always cold inside and the shredded mozzarella never melts. And sadly the sandwiches have lost so much of that old School Caribbean Bakery Quality. Definitely not a true Sandwich Puertorriqueño.

Homade food and fried dishes.lines can be very long and slow at times. Wait times are 10 to 25 mins on a good day,this can be a major problem.be prepare for. A long wait definitely not fast food.

Love this place. Pernil sandwich’s are amazing. Relleno de papas are great. Most of the food taste amazing. Just make sure if you use your Debit/Credit card get a receipt. They have in the past added a tip without my consent even when I left a tip in cash.
